Here is a link to the kickstarter for the game The Enraged.  It is a 16 bit game in a modern setting and style.  We have poured a lot of work into it and would love to see it succeed.  Please take a look at it and give me some feedback on what you think and support it if you like it!  Thanks!

You are fine with that PSU. You can even SLI three GTX 670's just fine. I don't recommend a GTX690. You will soon realize that 2GB is not enough. If you do want a Dual-GPU card, than a 7990 would be a better choice.ShadowDeathX
You are aware that VRAM doesn't scale right? If you are Crossfiring or using SLI with two 3GB cards, there is still only 3GB of VRAM.

A dual gpu is still better than gpu's in sli or crossfire but since you want to spend that kind of money a you can get a geforce titan

You will have enough with 1850$ for the whole setup

The Titan is less powerful than the 690. The only advantage it has is it is more energy efficient.

Heck, a single 670 would do for 1080PMonsieurX
A 670 is good for 1080p currently yes, but will I still be playing on Ultra in 1080p with it in a year? I am thinking of the fact that the next gen consoles are coming this fall.  That always gives a big jump in game performance on PC.

2 4GB 680s would be more money, more heat, and i would lose the cost efficiency because I would have to upgrade my PSU anyway to SLI them.

So I have recently come in to some money and would like to build a computer. I have had numerous builds made out but all lower budgeted than this.  I would probably go with the i5-3570k for the cpu, 8 GB of G.Skill RAM, an AS ROCK Extreme6, an 850 watt PSU, and then of course the case and fan and other accessories.  I already have a monitor, a copy of Windows 7, and a 1 TB HDD.  My question is, should I put a GTX 690 in here? Or would i be better of getting a 680 and saving the money or using it to upgrade elsewhere?  Keep in mind I will only be playing at 1080p but do want a build that will last me a few years at the highest graphics settings.  What are your thoughts?

It will support 3D, but right now 4k resolution is the big new thing, so they are more concerned about that.

Alright thank you. And I am incredibly new to this so I am not entirely sure how to read all the benchmarks and interpret them. Thank you for your help!

Okay, well I'm kind of getting conflicting opinions right now, though the research I did leans on the side of it not bottlenecking.  This really was just for reassurance.

I am about ready to build my rig and I want to know if an i5 2500k and Radeion 7950 will run into bottlenecking issues.

I actually just bought Uncharted. Just got a PS3 so I figured I should play one of its flagship series.
