It's a fine TV.
I play Killzone 2 on this; 42inch flat screen.

I'm alittle suprised that Uncharted 2 topped God of War.
I assume we all know the definition of negligence and how it is executed in real life. Especially in a life and death situation which I will elaborate later.
The question is, if a civilian confronts two police officers (not handcuffed, slammed onto the wall or restricted in any movement of anyway) about an issue as they stand face to face, you know, them facing the civilian and the civilian facing both officers. The civilian is having the discussion near the road while many people are passing by. The civilians phone rang and he immediatley answers it (a flip phone made out of gold which is heavy) and the exterior part of the phone, otherwise known as the screen or head flies off the body while the civilian flips it open using one hand. The top part is flying towards the road section, not the other section which are the houses and indian takeaway shops. The top part continually spins and lands on a old lady's head when she was next to the civilian, on his right side which she was right next to the road. also to note, the cars are going 50 km/h in that area/zone. The old lady, weak and fragile (75 of age) is holding a heavy cane with her left hand which is her left side. Thus, her right side is weak. She then falls sideways, towards the right side (she was next to the road) and is hit by a car and she is dead. Due to the fact that she was alittle crippled, old and weak and the weight of the exterior screen impacted on her head pushes it slightly to the right and the cane gives enough weight to make her fall sideways.
What are the possible actions the police would take on that civilian? Knowing it was just an accident. but would they really persue charges? such as negligence for his actions?
Regardless of the reason for returning a purchased preowned game, their policy states that you can return it within 7 days for a full refund of the original purchase. Although you can do it only 3 times within a time period which I am unclear of.
To elaborate, if you purchase any games that are preowned or new, you are entitled to return it to any of their stores for the original amount you paid for within 7 days of the purchase. In other words, you have exactley 168 Hours to exchange it back for your cash if your unhappy with the product you purchased.
To elaborate on the 3 times period, when you purchase a game and return it. doing that process for 3 times in a row you are excluded from the policy of returning after a purchase for a set amount of time (unknown, could be weeks) until it is renewed.
What I am understanding is that you are trying to say that the "God of War III" game, in terms of gameplay will looks better than, looks just like the E3 CG trailer?
Blame Microsoft, not Bethesda. They're the ones that paid out the nose for the DLC to be exclusive. Silent-HalWhat I find shame in is that, Bethesda (according to my knowledge) did not admit that but all evidence just seems to point otherwise. Such irony huh? They expected alittle money they earned from Microsoft would bring hapiness to the gaming population but left a scar there for others. Personally, given that they succumb to greed despite making unique games, I will not purchase or play their new game even if it was the cost of a nickle or so much as free.
I 'think' this game is another garbage hollywood to game adaption.
I do agree with the TC on certain points. The reason why I got Halo 3 was due to the hype. I later sold it because I begin to dislike it due to it being so flashy, cheap and unrealistic. It's fictional as we all perceive it but it's just missing so much potential; lack of gore, no dismemberments and has so many ridiculous ideas in it like those little bug enemies with laser guns, wtf?
Overall, given that we are in a crisis, in a society dominated by internationalists otherwise known as the owners of Federal Reserve Bank; the men behind the curtains. People like us, the young ones that love gaming are distracted with this 'tube' while they're plotting world domination. It's just that, games can't be left 'casual' anymore or something to enjoy when there's free time. It's proliferated to just about anything. One example is that people start problematise how gaming is and what it is becoming, such as companies promoting products which draws huge attention and others just disagree and want their opinion heard because they're sick of it. We're worrying and spending so much time in various aspects of gaming; forums, clans, gaming night, tournaments, browsing this and that when there's something thats really worth spending time on then spending most of it on a screen and that is the truth - what's going on in our society.

inFAMOUS to me felt like a hollywood to game cliche. I wasn't drawn by it's story or characters and gameplay. Thus, not a game that I would ever get.
Prototype in the other hand is no different than GTA IV, mainly the concept of free roaming in a sandbox just seems too addictive and time consuming.
In other words, leaving out the poll and elaborating on my point of view, inFAMOUS is a no for me, Prototype has a small possibility of being owned by me. I always buy, never rent.
