The two games have nothing in common aside from being set in the same world. Different story, different characters, different gameplay, different everything. Silent-HalI thought it was set in different worlds. There was no mention of what the world was called in Versus. Although there are several hints, such as during one of the beginning of a trailer it says; "fantasy based on reality" then in several trailers there are depictions of large buildings related to real life such as the 16th century venice chapel, the night city of I think taiwan (recognized by the two tall towers with a bridge between them). As for XIII, it only mentioned that the planet is, I think Pulse. and that the floating city is Cocoon, I might be wrong though. Could be the same planet. but different times.

The only difference is everything except the uncanny face resemblance of all characters.
I was considering on getting it when it comes out but does anyone feel that it resembles Left 4 Dead in many aspects? Just my opinion.
Buy it at Ebgames and give it a shot. You can refund it within 7 days.
This has been discussed.
Bethesda announced Fallout 3 DLC will go to 360 and PC.
Bethesda has not announced it coming to PS3.
Bethesda has not officially announced by saying that the DLC is exclusive to 360 and PC but evidence points otherwise.
A game reporter questioned a Bethesda employee (someone of importance to the company) about whether DLC will come to PS3 and the reply was; "No, not yet."
Users speculated that the DLC for PS3 will come out on Fallout 3 when it hits platinum.
Everyone is entitled to their opinion. I like Assassins Creed and would give it a 8.0
I believe critics on well-known websites such as this where huge chunks of people, sometimes considered as the main population of gamers flock to, critics should based a review on the quality of the game; glitches, framerate, all the technical jargon they should go through and if it's done they should say something like; "this game has barely any glitches, smooth framerate" the part where gamers like it or not should be left out for gamers to decide whether they 'like' it or not. Sure they can describe about the game, what's it about but not slap "Confusing ending" as a critical evaluation/conclusion or in other words have it based on the score, it's just not acceptable. That should be left for the gamer to decide as everyone perceives it differently in terms of likeness of a game.
i dont think it will lag much or have a fee. as the lobbies for every socom hold 256 players with not much lag. and with that being said if we played socom with lobbies of 256 players with no fee why would this, its holding the same number of people per server we are all just in the same game now. or thats how i see itriver_rat3117My friend played SOCOM and he said; "don't get it man, it's a laggy game and the Americans always get a upper hand because the majority are American players and you know, server is based there so our ping (aussies) are always way higher and there arent many of us playing it." From what I've seen and what he has told me, there's quite alot of lag.
Despite the game still vague to the public; no gameplay or detailed description of the game, it does look somewhat interesting as depicted in one of their CGI rendered trailers.
Even though it offers a so-called 256 online playing capability which is the only thing people are flocking to, interested about topped with a CGI trailer depicting it as a pro-military battlefield game. and without any news if there would be epic lag or not.
Look at Stormrise, it offered promising features. for example, stormrise will offer realtime strategy unlike anything before for a console but left out the bit that the game was never thoroughly checked and had many bad controls and camera angles.
So far MAG offers a fascinating capability of allowing 256 players playing together in one game room, though what are the catches? I'm not excited for this game nor am I really looking forward to it but simply considering it (tracking it) until it unveils more contents of the game, notably the gameplay.
When you delete a PSN user off your friends list, your name will disappear of his/her friends list as well.
There is no such program or software where you delete a PSN user, his/her friends associated with that person you have on your list as well will be deleted.
I can only offer my opinion regarding the question "PS3 a wise investment?" but not the topic "Is the PS3 the solution to my gaming problem?".
It is a wise decision to pay close attention to exclusive titles made specifically for that console and in this case, the PS3. Exclusive games made for that platform are the magnum opus that shows its dedication and uses the platforms full potential. An example would be the Metal Gear Solid 4 though I need not explain it as the rating clearly defines my reason. Now to your question, it is a wise investment to 'invest' into the PS3 games as they hold many promising games that are to be released in the near future.
Heavy Rain
Final Fantasy XIII
Final Fantasy Versus XIII
God of War 3
MAG
Six Days in Fallujah
Assassins Creed 2.
The above are not the most discussed but have been widely discussed and not all will be exclusives to PS3 but even AAA game developers will consider PS3.

"Gaming is nothing more than a personal entertainment device. and there should be no such thing as a so-called 'console wars' as it is a users obsession, fondness of one particular platform while showing jealousy and hate towards the other, known as it's rival. That is what I perceive"
- It should never be taken seriously.
"One should always take into account that, the growing of technology is the growing of platforms."
- Technology never ends, it will always evolve and advance in due time.
"Great rewards comes at great consequences."
- The greater the technology the greater the cost. Instant of comparing platforms or console to console, I will say; The greater the technology, the greater the cost, power consumption and .. stuff.
Note that consequences are not literally the meaning of a bad ending/conclusion but one must understand and perceive the definition of consequences as a logical conclusion, end result.
