What the hell are you talking about?! o0

Just try to update your Wii-Firmware every time you put a new game into it. ... Use Wii Brickblocker and Wii Regionfree on the iso (if using a modchip) or simple keep your Wii up to date for legally bought imports. The game WILL NOT install any updates if your Wii is updated.

Ordered my Freeloader just a few minutes ago... should work fine with my WiiKey 1.9g beta. Oh, and this setup works fine for almost a year now.

In case you can beat it on expert *hrhr* Guess she'll laugh at you playing on easy o0

Good thing is, you can show her how to play ... and of course that is some pretty nice strategy ;)

Taking your date to the movies :/? Why's that so popular? In fact you're sitting around almost 100min. watching a movie in a dark room... boooring. It's only usefull if you've planned dinner or something to drink and TALK!!! afterwards.

I would rather take her to an "arcade hall"(?), but there aren't any in Germany -.-' I like Super Monkey Ball or Wario Ware for the Wii... at least when I'm in the mood for minigames.

But be absolutely sure, she likes playing videogames. I'm studying at a university, too and of all the girls I know there (about 80% of all the people that study the same thing as myself are girls o0 - teacher) just 2 or 3 like videogames. ...and honestly: "They're not that hot" ^^

To the movies and after that dinner or cocktails should be fine for the first date. I'd prefer the cocktails ;)

1080p on a 32" o0?! Yeah, sure ^^

You couldn't tell the difference...

Got me a Toshiba Regza 32WL66Z LCD TV 32" 720p a year ago for about 750€ (aprox. 1000$) and I'm very glad that I bought it. HD games or movies look sharp, colorful and crisp and even regular TV (digital satelite receiver) looks awesome! Especially that CSI stuff and other shows with an original HD signal look almost as good as if watching them in HD resolution. About those "wrong" pixel issue (dunno what's it called in English): After more than one year there's only ONE ;)

Hope that helped ;) - Greetings from Germany!

Ever thought of the CPU usage those Games need o0?! Even for the 360, Supreme Commander had to be changed ... unit cap, worse grafics ... :(

Besides that, it's the size of the units! Imagine to highlight a single unit with the Wiimote ;D Ok, you could avoid this problem by using a lower resolution, but that would look **** even on non HD-televisions ;)

I'll stick to Fire Emblem or Battalion Wars 2 (if it get's finally released in Germany -.-') and hope for an port of Advance Wars...

Oh, and... greetings from Germany!

Alright... the september(?)update brought a lot of new codecs to the 360 ;)

Here's a little "How To"...

1. Get yourself a portable HDD that will save you lots of money o0... DVDs are so expensive *hrhr* (got me a Buffalo 500gb TURBOUsb)

2. Format the HDD into HFS+ using MacDrive to handle very large files / or use FAT32... sucks ^^

3. Get movies!!! I now use the 360 as a perfect HD-Device... just download *.mkv files and use Videora Xbox360 Converter (should be called that way), select the mkv, change the wizard settings to the best option (except optimize video o0) wait about 3-12 hours and be proud of your *.mp4 Xbox360 compatible file! Be sure that your file contains a h264 videostream usually used for 720p or 1080p.

4. If you're able to get yourself HD-Divx or HD-Xvid files be glad! They even got 5.1 sound ... the *.mp4 files don't :(

No portable HDD?! Use DVDs or CDs at first =)

Greetings from Germany...
