It's been years since I watched Return of the Jedi, but I thought they looked pretty similar.Maybe you should watch RotJ again.
that wasn't who was behind the mask. they used a different actor for when he was unmasked and when he was a ghost.
David Prowse. Sebastian Shaw. Hayden Christensen. Jake Lloyd. It doesn't matter. The resemblance is obscure. Ian McDiarmid is the only who who keeps a similar appearance because he's keeps the same role in each film.
