I'm not complaining that it's too unrealistic. I'm just asking for standardization between consoles and PC.

I play BF3 on the Xbox and use the tank all the time. The barrel of the tank moves realistically slow, like in a war movie. However when I watch BF3 videos of tanks on the PC version, the tanks have ridiculously high sensitivity. It seems like the only restriction on how fast you can aim the tank is the quickness of your mouse. Are these videos I see simply sped up, or is the tank aim speed unrestricted on the PC?

If so, I think that they need to fix that on the PC.

You can enjoy both games, but that doesn't mean you can't critisize the developers. MW3 is going to be fun, but you can't deny that this is a complete profit generator. Sequels are supposed to be similar (if the original was good), and I think alot of gaming companies are learning from the Halo3 -> Reach transition. However it's completely clear that MW3 doesn't qualify as a sequel. It's insulting how little is changing with this game and selling for the price of a sequel (heard rumors it might even be $70).

The fact is, Tryarch and Infinity Ward are using the "Madden tactic". NFL Madden games have a new iteration every year, with basically the exact same game. However, they can do this because THE GOD DAMN LEAGUE CHANGES! There is no significant factor that requires MW3 to be released other than overstaffing of the developer companies.

Last I looked MW3 is continuing and picking up where MW2 left off. Doesnt that qualify it as a sequel?

Well I don't pay $60 for a campaign. I dont know about anyone else but the only justification I have for buying a game is the multiplayer.

Neither, I'm tired of COD, and the Beta for BF3 made me decide to wait til a price drop, if then.

Xeogua

There will be no price drop. Look at Black Ops... one year later and it's only dropped $10

I did, but I think that picking metro (with no vehicles) was a mistake by DICE.

1) The infantry combat in BF series is designed to be realistic. But realistic isn't always as fun as being a super hero (like is Halo or CoD) where the guns have no kick. DICE and EA make the infantry combat more difficult to master because it makes the vehicle play more enjoyable.

2) The people who were playing didn't get tired of losing yet. Once the game comes out, people will realize that KDR means nothing in this game and get tired of being whiped out in the first section. Just play BFBC2 and you'll see how much better the teams work.

Just stick with it when the full game comes out. When you grab a tank with IRSMOKE and have an engineer gunner to heal you..... games don't get much better than that.

The first game I ever hated was Zelda: Wind Waker. That whole section with the boats and fishing out tri-force pieces....terrible

Metroid Prime - It just felt like it was missing something. Halo 3 - Nothing special about it at all. I thought the campaign was horrendous.Just-Breathe

These are two of my favorite games...
