@Lulu_Lulu: True. Speaking of that, just came across this gif for SC. Loos insane, definitely the best looking/most real city, in a game to date. Can't wait till they roll out the 100k character models for the game

Both look fantastic and I'm not interested in playing either.
I'd give the nod to The Order because I just find it more visually appealing, though on a technical level it would seem Ryse takes the cake.
Really is a shame with The Order though. I dig the style a lot, just wish they could get the game itself on the same level.
Ryse is actually kind of fun, and the story is just alright, even if it's cliched. Which is good for Crytek, the one other game of theirs that had a good storyline imo is Crysis 2.Ryse is just too simple across the board. The combat is fine, it's just too basic. The Order could fall for the same problem. Possibly sacrificing gameplay for graphics. Both games have at times, lifelike graphics, but that can only go so far.
@Pray_to_me : DC looks good, it's surprising how good it looks. But it still doesn't beat Ryse when it's on pc, at least imo.
@Krelian-co:
Again, I didn't try to get bad Order shots. The 2nd, 3rd, and i think the 4th are from the Order's website, go check the media section there, you'll see. I'll put your shots in the OP though. I don't think anything on the XB1(Ryse is a blurry mess on there) can touch PC or PS4's best.
@walloftruth:
I got screenshots for the Order off the website for it. If you have better ones I'd be happy to change them
Taking compressed screenshots from videos of the order against pc version of ryse, lems have reached a new low.
Don't even own an an XB1. I have a gaming pc, and I'm really impressed with Ryse on PC. The lighting/PBR it's using combined with it's great quality of assets, especially the foliage make it look more lifelike than anything else to date. The Order is a good challenger though, even to the PC version, it looks real at times, no doubt there. Part of that is the film grain but it does have incredible lighting.
Also for anyone wondering, I'm referring to best from a technical aspect, which usually boils down to photorealism.
Also, if there's any other game that you think deserves a mention, i'll add it to the OP, just post images of it below.
^ Well I guess it depends which movie you like better.
I've also seen stuff from Alien Isolation that compares to both, if anyone has images of it to post.
@JangoWuzHere I think Ryse can look lifelike at times. Part of that is on your settings though. Like using temporal AA, it blurs everything. The way to go is supersampling, it'll get you the best detail.
@melonfarmerz: Didn't we give like 50 million towards SC. The pc community is very alive, it's a pretty picky community though.
