Maybe...they do have some rumble rights back apparently...although I don;t really like rumble. It doesn't make much sense except for FPS's. You're playing a platformer and jump off a cliff...onyl to have a searing vibration run through your HANDS. Although I could always turn it off and leave it up to the people who DO like it to enjoy it.

You know, whatever floats ur boat.

[QUOTE="do0sh"]they're supporting the 360 more for now because obviously, look at the number of 360's that have been sold. legandary_ACE

If they made the games for both PS3 and 360 they would only be making more of a profit....so i think microsoft is probably paying them millions....not because 360 has more units sold

No it's because the ps3 relies more on its processor than its video card seeing as its video card is weaker than the 360's...so in order to make the ps3 version on-par with the 360 version they would have to completely reconfigure the source code so that the spe's in the Cell support more of the bandwidth than the 360's waternouse processor.. That takes a LONG time. and money.

Also....

For a long time, Direct3D was considered to be pretty bad compared to OpenGL. Many people now believe that Direct3D is the standard for graphics on Windows platforms, not OpenGL. Microsoft works very closely with graphics hardware companies to make sure that any new features that they introduce will be supported in Direct3D. Often, Direct3D supports features before cards do.

In general, Direct3D is designed to be a 3D hardware interface. The feature set of Direct3D is derived from the feature set of what hardware provides. OpenGL, on the other hand, is designed to be a 3D rendering system that may be hardware accelerated. These two APIs are fundamentally designed under two separate modes of thought. The fact that the two APIs have become so similar in functionality shows how well hardware is converging into user functionality.

Even so, there are functional differences in how the two APIs work. Direct3D expects the application to manage hardware resources; OpenGL makes the implementation do it. This tradeoff for OpenGL decreases difficulty in developing for the API, while at the same time increasing the complexity of creating an implementation (or driver) that performs well. With Direct3D, the developer must manage hardware resources independently - however, the implementation is simpler, and developers have the flexibility to allocate resources in the most efficient way possible for their application.

Ok so I was playing KOTOR 2 and it was all bugged so i decided to uninstall/reinstall after copying my game save files to another directory. The only problem was it wouldn't let me uninstall and all it said was "wrong parameter". So without thinking (probably because i was really tired) i went and deleted all the game files instead of uninstalling it.

The probalem is, now it still thinks that the game is installed and I can't take it off the "Add/Remove programs" list because it still says "wrong parameter" but i really want to play it. lol. What should I do?

According in GameInformer, about 60% of people who own a ps3 play online...same as Xbox 360 owners...so yeah that's a LOT of people.

Well to start off, none of those games you listed are available on console...proteKYFM
Actually, Half-Life 2, Counter-Strike, BattlefieldĀ AND many games from the Unreal Series are on consoles. Don't believe me? RESEARCH BEFORE POSTING THINGS THAT AREN'T TRUE. Thank you.

Owned.
