@BoxOfPocky: Capture the flag wouldn't work, not unless they block some characters like they do in the other random modes. Tracer, Winston, Genji, and Pharah would be pretty broken. CtF definitely wouldn't make it to competitive though.

@Sound_Demon: Yes that's what the acronym stands for but that is not how the genre is defined. With that logic almost any game can be considered an RPG.

@donjuancorleone: I'm sure they'll add maps with multiple capture points down the line. That seems like the natural progression.

@donjuancorleone: Those are games with very different play styles, not to mention they JUST came out. People are akin to try the new game modes. Regardless those games have a relatively short player retainer rate. Soon enough the player base will drop big just like their successors.
