[QUOTE="MethodManFTW"]Shank is real good.MethodManFTW

lol shank was 2d.. don't get me wrong i LUV 2d games but that one just seemed like it would've been better suited for a weekend rental.. thanks tho.

Double dragons was 2d too.. :o. But yeah like most psn titles it's relatively short... But if 3d brawlers are more your style check out yakuza three and four.

yea definately interested in checking out the yakuza series! after watching a few vids on 4 i can't beleave i never knew about these games.. i heard of them, but i always figured they were just RPG's for some reason, thinking about getting the 4th one next week, did the 3rd one play like this?

[QUOTE="JoKeR_421"]u can use the costumes at any time. theres even a code that rocksteady added , its on this site as well go to cheats, even in a new game file without u having finished anything, u can use the cheat to change to any suit u like at any given point. whether u just started the game fresh, or ur in the middle of the game or towards the end of it. also in new game plus before u even start it prompts u if u want to change ur suit before u startJoKeR_421

yea i know about that code, thing is its really hard to go back to the regular game once u get use to new game plus, for example those hit prompt icons that helped so much originally become irritating distractions when u get use to watching for attacks instead.. i've been meaning to try the game on hard mode to see if its the same as new game plus just without all the upgrades. u played it on hard mode yet?

i beat the game 100% and i enjoyed it on the harder difficulty cuz i hated those icons that pop up to tell u whose attacking, since i was used to hard mode on first batman which also didnt have those prompts which was cool, but im def going back to it after i catch up with some of these games

so hard mode IS just like new game plus minus the upgrades!? freakin awesome! yea i'll be starting a game of that today.. thanks for the info! :D

[QUOTE="cale1234567"]

about a day

it took me this long to realise the plot was convoluted and shoddily thought out

the control systems still had all the old flaws an it brought nothing new to the table apart from a slightly bigger sandbox

i sold my copy the day after to some sucker

what a waste

JokerCB7

I am very disturbed by this post. Just saying. I played it for 2 hours at a time and went through the story and did some side quests ... probably took me a total of 12-14 hours on Normal. I still had a lot of side quests to do, so I am starting over and doing them all. The game has a weird way of making you feel like you need to hurry up and beat it towards the end, which was cool, but you really don't have to rush it. I didn't really enjoy the Augmented Reality Training, but it is a good way to gain XP

yea no kidding, the guy who posted that must be the joker in disquise.. lol seriously tho i don't see how anyone could trash this game, its a freakin masterpiece! some people are just impossible to please..

i have a new game plus save untouched already on my system and haven't bought the DLC costumes yet, plan on getting them next week.. my question is will i be able to go ahead and use them on this save file? or will i have to beat the normal game again once i get them in order to activate the DLC?
