[QUOTE="Darkman2007"][QUOTE="Dudersaper"][QUOTE="Shockwave-DASH"] Um. You do realize that what you quoted makes perfect sense? I said that the Saturn sucked compared to the 3DO because it was a 2D machine. 3DO can do 2D better than N64 around PSX levels and could do decent 3D around PSx levels. So all you did was tell me is that the ranking I made was right. Not sure if serious.

No, you said Saturns library was lacking compared to the 3DO and that it was basically just 2D so it was a sucker compared to 3DO, then on the second you said the Saturn is better in terms of 3D support and library variety.

hes not telling the truth , the 3DO was simply incapable of 3D that was on the Saturn or PS1's level lower bandwith , weaker CPU , slower RAM, while at the same time, the way it renders polygons is similar to the way the Saturn does (a way thats managable but inefficient) same as his claim that primal rage is a 3D game.

I'm sorry what 3D on the Saturn that was not a test demo was better than the 3D on the 3DO?

It was in order of least to greatest I said the 3DO was inbetween the PSX and Saturn in power, learn to read.

Ds, no competition. More games, better gameplay. More variety. YoshiYogurt
Where are people getting more variety from? I mean opinions are opinions but that's just flat out untrue.

GS?

Odd? Not really since many of the GC exclusives are incredible. Windwaker, Eternal Darkness, Metroid Prime 1 and 2, Tales of Symphonia, Baten Kaitos, Rogue Squadron 2, the ebst version of RE4 at the time, REmake, SSBM, Super Mario Sunshine, and a couple others are all impressive. Not to mention at least the GC had some JRPGs and Nintendo 1st party titles. The overall quality is impressive even if it had less exclusives (although many of the Xbox's best games ended up on the PC).

I will concede that the Xbox had for the most part superior multiplats but then I bring up the PC and I look at the better versions of those multiplats.

To put it simply: PC>PS2>GC>Xbox.

Seabas989

Ok, now your trying to sneak in ignorance. Not even close to most of its games went to PC. Most of it's critically acclimed or high acclimed games were exclusives, and most PC Xbox games came from PC not the other way around. Where PGR on PC? Fuzion Frenzy? 2 Exclusive TOm clany raibow six games? Black arrow and Critical hour? Not to mention it has more exclusive tom clancy game as well. Blinkx series? Forza? Halo? NG and NGB? TOe Jam 3? JJet Grind radio future? Steel Battalion series? AMPED???? ETC.????????? ETC.??????????????? Yikes. Also SMS is average rated universally.

Yet they were still better on the PC and the PC still had the best of those titles. Far Cry on PC is a great example.

Halo 1 was ported to the PC and had online. To this day there are servers still running. Halo 2 came in 2007 so I'll give u Halo 2 as it was released this gen on PC.

Morrowind and KOTOR both are superior on the PC. Are you really bringing up Blinx? The Tom Clancey games were best on PC much like COD1 and UO were better then those COD spinoffs.

PGR1 and 2 are great games and are some of my favorite games on the Xbox. Forza was ok but I'm not into sim racers. Where were the JRPGs?

If you want to bring up critically acclaim, then I can bring up that some of the highest rated exclusives are on the GC. More does not always equal better as a site like GS gave 3 GOTYs to GC games.

If you compare exclusive ratings the Xbox will win bring up socres if you dare.

Yes but there's a difference between those games, those games are set in different area's and have different storys, this game is set in the same area and has the same story, i know more about pokemon then anyone so you won't win this.

Pikachu69er

Lol no, no you don't. This game has an ALL NEW STORY. This new story takes place 2 years after Black/White. For someone who claims to 'know more about Pokemon than anyone else,' you sure seem to have missed out on some pretty basic facts. And GTA III and GTA Liberty City Stories are set in the exact same region.

gta liberty city stories was made 5 years after the original and was an exclusive psp game that make's no sence, but this game is set in the same place and has a few extra features that set's it apart, and this is a proper pokemon game, but it's not a main pokemon game, the main one's are region based eg diamond and pearl.

Liberty city stories is not exclusive, it was ported to PS2.

Pikachu69er

You still keep insulting,it´s pretty amusing, and D3 numbers are sold, not shipped, and overall there were 7.7Million people with a copy of Diablo 3 after only a week,so still not impressive.

http://www.pcgamer.com/2012/05/23/diablo-3-sells-6-3-million-3-5-million-in-first-day/

And it doesn´t even incluse the whole Korean market wich seems to be the biggest for Diablo 3!

Yeahh like how uncharted 3 sold 3.8m in the first day  and even it's shipped numbers are lower then black and white's first week's numbers which is real  moron

All three systems last gen had timed exclusives from halo to GTA to RE4. And the PC had the superior versions. THe GC and XBOX are good, better than PS2 even in MOST ways, at the time. But comapre the fairly. GC barely had third-party support compared to XBOX and PS2.

The Saturn library was also just as limited, and the fact it was mostly a 2D machine makes it a sucker compared to the 3DO.

Saturn>3DO>PSX>N64 in terms of 3D support, game variety, software sales balance, add-on power, effects.

[QUOTE="Shockwave-DASH"][QUOTE="chessmaster1989"] Yeah it's true a lot of modern anime is sh*t. But there are still some gems.chessmaster1989

Yeah, but I remember when Anime and Cartoons were the same thing until people started going "HEY! THat guy made anime look like that! So I will be original and copy him and then start a chain where a bunch of lazy people start doing the same thing copying eachother, and then adding recolors or having the same characters with thesame names with terrible animation"

The same thing in terms of what? I think there were a good number of parallels between older anime and cartoons (especially some of the older fighting shows like Yu Yu Hakusho), but there are also ones I don't know necessarily have American counterparts (stuff like NGE and Perfect Blue (admittedly a movie not a show)). Also I'm not sure about this but is there really a Japanese anime equivalent of cartoons like Animaniacs and Looney Tunes?

Yes. Older Anime's most popular art styke was the same as cartoons. What we have no was the minority and then it switched. Whether to do with lack of creativity, or being lazy or whatever, "Cartoons" and "Anime"split. Heck I remember Gigantor like it was yesterday.

I played many Xbox timed exclusives before they were ported to the PC. I don't consider games like Morrowind and KOTOR Xbox exclsuive because the PC is a system too that had the betetr versions.

And yes, Metroid Prime > Halo and Halo 2 and I did play all three. Granted I loved Combat Evolved but that Library Level sucked. Easily one of the worst levels I ever encountered in an fps. Not to mention the level design in the last part of the game was terrible. Halo 2 was good but a dispapointment. Granted it's subjective but I'll take the GC's best over the Xbox's best anytime.

Seabas989

Timed exclusives are not exclusives. It's not fair to compare Xbox timed exclusives to Gamecube exclusives when there are plenty of Decent to high rated Xbox only exclusives.
