that's what you think, however me being around the "console warz" for decades now I can tell you the Sony camp most DEFINITELY would have used XBONE anyway even if MS hadn't tried to implement those policies. Here is a list of the nicknames consoles have got from lame ass fanboys over the years:

@Patohua1 @RickWainio ok, back when the PS2 came out and it wasn't the "best console in history yet" people called it the POS2. Mostly PC and XBOX fanboys called it that, and mostly here at GS in the System Wars forum. XBOX was called PC BOX, or XSUX if I remember correctly.

@Emb3r I'm pretty sure the anti XBOX people out there would have called it the XBONE even if they never had tried to put the DRM on. Childish nicknames have been around since the NES vs Sega days.

@SpookyHoobster GS calls it XONE, although I can see them listing as XBONE now that MS has "approved" it.
