After Mass Effect 2 was released for multi-platforms, EA released the first Mass Effect for PS3 since they now could. But that is the only reason why Mass Effect went multi - EA bought Bioware. I don't see Capcom being bought out by anyone, so therefore MS is publishing it and it is exclusive to the XBOX ONE.
