It really depends where you're gonna get it from or if you plan on building it. If you plan on buliding it, you might want to read up on some stuff first. To buy the parts for it, go to www.newegg.com. On the other hand, if you want a prebuilt one and not spend a ton of money, I really recommend www.digitalstorm.com. I don;t recommend a place like IbuyPower at all. If you plan on either buying one or building one, like LethalAftermath said, be prepared to spend around 1500-2500, especially if you want to play games liek Crysis on max.

I've always had used ntune for all my fan speed, light control, and gpu over clocking stuff and it comes in really handyand it's been a while since I've tweaked any of the stuff. I can't even use it anymore, it just gives me the same basic list of stuff to choose from, all I get is this =

Now I tried to unistall the old ntune in the control panel but then it doesnt reconize that I have a nforce mobo, I have a 590 sli. I get this error:

I really need some serious help, I want to get this old messed up version out of computer. Thanks

My specs are in my sig but if you can't see them they are:

c2d 6600 @ 2.4

2 gigs of ram

7900 gs

250 gig hdd

Maybe it's just that my comp isn't all that great but I don't think that I'm getting the right performance from my hardware. I've seen videos of people running fear on max settings with lower specs than me, with a way better fps. In BF2142 i get around 35-45 fps and it can get down to 23 or so, same thing in FEAR and the settings arent even maxed out all the way. Is this the performance that is expected with these specs or is this too low and somethings wrong?

any advice would be awesome
