OK guys, let's do something so we can stay away from the Sheik discussion. What about we make this: A Character Profile, you put who is your most wanted Newcomer/Veteran, what game is him/her from, a picture and what moves you think the character should have? I'll start myself.
Lucario
(Pokémon)

Standard Special Move: Aura Sphere
Lucario makes a pose like the one you can see in the picture and charges an Aura Sphere. The Aura Sphere can't be charged for much time and can't be stored either, you can charge it up for 3 seconds. The Aura Sphere does nomal to little damage but is pretty fast and homing. It's little power could be countered using it as a "machine gun" move, that means shotting several Aura Spheres to combo an opponent from the distance. After 5 consecutive Aura Spheres Lucario must recover (that means he flinches for 5 seconds). By consecutive I mean having less than 1 second in between, so tapping the Aura Sphere button wouldn't be a pretty good idea. Shoot four then pause, fou then pause, four then pause, etc. You get the idea.
Side Special Move: Drain Punch
Lucariodashes to the direction you're pointing the control stick with his fist glowing. When he hits an opponent he deals 10% damage and heals 5% from his own damage. This move, as an opposite to its low damage dealing has a pretty good knockback. Not an incredible knockback but better than average.
Up Special Move: Sky Uppercut
Lucario jumps with his fist extended on top of his head, when he hits an opponent he does pretty much the same as Mario's Up Special, he carries the opponent dealing some huge damage and then lets him go. Has some knockback but a somewhat little one. This move's is a little longer than Mario's up B-move.
Down Special Move: Mind Reader
Lucario joins his hands, closes his eyes and raises his "dreads". He then glows a little bit and stays inmovile (until you release the button). When an attack reaches Lucario, he teleports behind the opponent who made that move (that means, if he's shot, for example by 1P's Pikachu's Thunderbolt, he will appear behind 1P's Pikachu). Also if you tap the attack button in the second you reappear you can also counter attack the opponent (Yup, this looks PRETTY similar to Meta Knight's Down Special Move except for 2 things: 1. With Meta Knight you only teleport wherever you point the control stick, not necessarily behind you opponent, and 2. I thought of this WAAAAY before I saw what Meta Knight's move was, I was actually pretty shocked to see they had used "my idea" :P).
Final Smash: Close Combat
And for the FS, Close Combat. Lucario kneels for one second and then dashes (practically teleports) to his nearest opponent. Then he starts hitting him/her repeatedly with punches and kicks with his eyes shining white, when he finishes he charges a punch in midair and hits the opponent with incredible force sending him/her (the opponent) FAR, FAR, AWAY. So far, there is no way he's coming back :P That means, instant KO.
