I do hope it does come out on the pc platform:D but, the biggest roadblock they will face is with the ongoing problem of piracy!! unlike in the console version it has made about 500 mils, that figure compared to the pc version will surely drop to a great extent and that is huge set back for us hardcore pc gamers, for the obvious reasons 'What if, they do not release a pc version after all?! as the news being circulated around gaming circuits, that over time there will be no pc games in the market due to piracy, well atleast in countries where piracy is a thriving business!Agniyodha

After all this stuff you said you call yourself a hardcore PC gamer? What a load of crap... People who pirate games for the PC are the same people who will pirate games for the consoles. Have you seen the number of downloads for the Xbox360 version of GTA IV? When GTA IV will be released, of course it won't have the same figures as the console sales because there are 2 consoles against the PC. The only real system that can't have pirated copies is the PS3 but that'll change. The sales of GTA IV will be good on the PC. They'll be even better if there will be a CD key protection to play the MP because then every1 who wants the MP will have to buy it.

Well looking at the PC only (This is the PC forums after all...) The great part didn't start yet in 2008. It's going to start in 2 weeks from now. The games will start to flow in faster then beer in an Irish bar! So many good games, I'll need to make sure I will be able to afford and play them all!

I didn't play any video game for a month.

I may start playing 15 hours a day...if I have nothing better to do. Been lovesick certainly remove any idea of even playing a video game in my case.

You know, a smart man once told me - "PC is like the gaming god. Sometimes people lose faith in him, but once they get in trouble, they come cwawling back to him!".

Dude, everytime new consoles comes out this whole "PC dieing" issues starts again. I am really getting tired of trying to convince people that it's not dieing. How can you even say that EA is giving up on the PC when they are releasing the only improved version of Mass Effect for the PC? And they are also remaking Burnout: Paradise so it'll actually be like it was made for the PC. Where do you get this crap... seriously.

So what if LucasArt said that Star Wars: Forced Unleashed won't be out on the PC? I can bet that LA will return from their statement and will decide to release it on the PC, just like Mass Effect.

As for Crytek, meh - They just use the piracy card as an exuce to goto the consoles. Kind of a lame exuce, but their actions are justified. There's more money for them if they do it.

The only problem PC is having is that there's no one to look after it. For example for Xbox360 there's Microsoft. For PS3 there's Sony and for the Wii there's Nintendo. For the PC there isn't anyone in charge. But still, you don't see people stop developing games for it. We either get PC exlucive or a supirior version from the consoles. True, sometimes we don't get games from the consoles, but sometimes they don't get games from the PC. It works both ways. If you want to have it all, buy everything lol. Otherwise, stick to your PC.

PC dieing... yes, thats why they release Mass Effect. Burnout: Paradise, Devil may Cry 4, Grid, Alone in the Dark, Call of Duty 5 and tons of other games for the PC now. Hell, they even release Rayman Raving Bubbles 2 for the PC and that's a game that pretty much has the perfect gameplay for a console. Yup, it's good as dead!
