So I see people doing it all the time in Videos, yet I can't. What I'm trying to do, is shoot more than once in vats mode, I press LMB, I press E, but it doesn't shoot again. I have full AP, yet still, nothing. Can someone help me out here? :)

[QUOTE="Elann2008"]And I never said L4D was harder than KF, vice versa... I said... KF was not challenging enough and it was too easy FOR ME. Opinion, see what I did there? Grrr...DanielDust

Really? Suicidal was not challenging enough for you compared to L4D? I don't know why you even care about L4D then since it's easy on any difficulty.

I don't know what you played but it wasn't KF.

+1. It's virtually impossible to solo a Patriarch on Hell on Earth difficulty, let alone last through 1/10 waves :D

I purchased it one of the other times it has been on sale. I mainly purchased it because i'm a big fan of L4D2, and i don't think that KF even remotely holds a candle to L4D.

+1. Its very overrated imo

Enemies are too easy to kill.

Seriously, that one line told me you don't know what you are talking about. In L4D, enemies shred from a single shotgun shot, in KF, it takes PRECISION(something non existent in L4D) to kill an enemy, a headshot(preferably). And when was the last time L4D had an enemy that was harder to kill than the Patriarch? Oh I forgot, L4D doesn't have invisible monsters with miniguns and rocket launchers, who can grab you and tear you to shreds before you can even pull the trigger...

Killing Floors gunplay is way better than Left 4 Dead, and the fact that buying new weapons is based on monmey gives the player an incentive to play other than simply to "survive". Left 4 Dead is boring. While both games use a spawn system, and while both games combat encounters are almost identicle each time, Left 4 Dead just rushes the player and it becomes highly repetitive when the horde rushes.

As mentioned Killing Floor also has better team work, imo. I love playing medic and trying to heal everyone, then whipping out a gun that sound powerful and blowing them apart in slow motion.

I honestly think most people eat Left 4 Dead up because it's a Valve game and nothing more.

Because Valve games are actually very good. You can say the same thing about Bungie, BioWare, or Epic Games.

Left 4 Dead is pitifully linear. No sights, no teamwork whatsoever no variety. Run, Gun, Kill.

Now, I will start this thread by asking: Who bought Killing Floor from the recent sales? Second of all, if you didn't, WHY?!?!? The reason behind the second question is the main topic of the thread. Those who played KF, do you like it? Do you play for hours on end? Because I do. It's far better than L4D, and relies heavily on team work to survive. It also has very addicting gameplay, the first few hours I've played were glued to the screen, awesome stuff.

BC2 maps have been altered and refined for every game type, unlike COD where they just stick Capture Points anywhere in the same map for every game type. Its terrible really.

No they haven't... nothing's been refined... you're creating an illusion for yourself, really... I have both games, BO is better.

And I'll state again, the maps in BC2 much larger than any map you will find in CoD. The fact that it has four more maps than BC2 is not impressive.

And why does being larger make them better? There's far more detail in BO maps, and even occasional interaction.

[QUOTE="SkullShooter17"][QUOTE="SF_KiLLaMaN"]Because the game sucks.SF_KiLLaMaN

Ok, Bad Company 2 sucks.

At least EA and DICE support their customers unlike Activision and treyarch. A $15 map pack after they release an awfully buggy game with graphic problems? EA and DICE have given us free map packs and constant updates. What does Activision and Treyarch do? They sell you CoD, then laugh at you for buying it. They only patch when it is absolutely necessary, all while charging 1/4 of the game's price for 4 maps. **** Activision, **** Call of Duty.

Please don't mention map packs, because BC2 has none. They allow different game modes on default maps. Oh wait? Does that mean you can't play all game modes on all maps by default?

[QUOTE="SkullShooter17"][QUOTE="trastamad03"] Fine, as a serious post, I hate the game cause it's same thing as CoD MW1/2 only with different guns with a population of so many derpchilds. Not to mention when I play my games, I enjoy team based games, hence BFBC 2 is my pick for an arcady modern warfare game. Not only does BFBC2 encourage team play, it's destruction and vehicles give the game a much deeper gameplay. Oh and map packs for PC (and Console VIPs) are FREEGooeykat

And the fact that the so called maps are just different game modes on the default maps doesn't matter right?

Sure that matters, but really the maps between these two games are hardly apples to apples. BC2 maps are probably 5-6 times as big as the maps in CoD. Takes a bit more effort to create maps of this size.

Black Ops has different map sizes that suit different game modes. AND four more maps than BC2...
