@nicolasetespqr @rexpowercolt You can't be serious. That music was as good as being kicked in the nuts successively by every player in Manchester United.
@snk0610 Reviews are holistic and can not be measured in decimal places. If you're trying that hard to measure a review that way, honestly, it means you need to get out more. Instead, do you want the game or don't you? You could decide even that without looking at any reviews in the first place!
@Sushiglutton @snk0610 Honestly, I'd prefer a text-based score table, something out of ten or maybe even 20 to include for point scores, but instead that uses text to signify the quality of the game: e.g. "Superb, Great, Good, Solid, Passable..." something like that. That way, it makes it harder for readers to be so hung up on numbers, when really they need to be deciding whether they want to purchase the game or not. It's kind of like when a friend asks you whether you liked a game, you don't say "6.7!!!" - you say "Yeah it's fun, could be better though".
@snk0610 Reviews are never "accurate". They're a person's subjective opinion. How can they be "accurate"? Reviewing is an art, not a function of mathematics.
@snk0610 IGN deliver some of the worst reviews on the internet. They're always overcome by hype IMHO. But as for the review system, the point Gamespot are trying to make is that a "Great" game is "Great", regardless of whether it receives an 8.3 or an 8.7. The point is, ultimately, if you're that hung up on the point score, you probably need to go for a walk, get some fresh air... maybe stop playing games for a while. Might be a good time to start that vegetable garden your Grandma always told you is the best thing for your health :)
Really nice review Kevin :) Looks like a pretty great game all things told. The graphics certainly are impressive. Might have to buy it just for the spiderdroid missions ;)
