I want to buy an hd-dvd for x360 but got a couple of question

1st - will it have a cable bundled with the box ?

2nd - Is it capable of displaying true 1080p resolution and is so with wich cable ? ( i dont have vga and x360 doesnt have HDMI )

3rd - will it upscale standard DVD's , and if so will it still only do it with vga or hdmi (elite version)

Thx in advance

thank you timothyB for these info :)

now maybe i will just wait a couple weeks and then buy the hd-dvd for x360 i wanted to wait some more but since i dont think i will buy an upconverter i'll buy the hd dvd sooner and in the meantime i'll continue watching movies on the movie network hd

btw does anybody know if movie network hd is true hd or upconverted ? i guess this is true hd because the quality is very amazing and it looks like the ss from TimothyB link.

to the guy asking what is my tv

first of all i made a mistake its 2000$

it is a sharp aquos 42inch lcd 1080p and very good quality for the price ( btw aquos has one of the fastest response time of all lcd ) so even fast paced sports looks good

and to the guy telling me to buy an upscaler thats what i wanted to do but since i have an x360 i wanted to buy vga so it cost less...

well anyway i'll probably buy a samsung 1080p upscaler for 140$can.

p.s. oh by the way does anybody know of a website where we can see picture comparison of dvd/upscaled dvd or upscaled dvd/ hd dvd ??

I Have done the update wich enable 1080p resolution and i heard that you can now upscale dvd with this update

however i heard you can only do so with VGA CABLE is that true ?

if not how can i do upscale to 1080i or 1080p with component ?

thx in advance
