|Make sure that you set up the NAT to 2.
Give me some specs of what you have including router, internet connection type, etc.

Sometimes you have to set specific permissions for your router within your computer's browser to allow incoming/outgoing connections.
I know several PC games (notably Warcraft III on battlenet) that I had to set specific settings on my router to allow.
Did these games previously work on this PS3 and router setup?
TWO IMPORTANT NOTES:
1- Even if you did have a 100% signal for wireless connection, the speed will still not be as good as a direct connection.
2- If anyone is using a high upload or download (torrents/directdownloads etc) on a computer on the same network, it may prevent you from getting the speed required from the game servers to connect/join games.
Hope you get it fixed soon!

I used to use a direct connection with an ethernet to the back of my ps3 and these games still didn't work, The wireless I use has connections with another computer in my house but is almost always off and is brand new with not to much on it.
At one point I had an ethernet plugged into my ps3 through the back and it still didn't work, are you saying I need both?
I only have 1 router through the entire house and it is in the basement, I have my ps3 on the 2nd floor.

I Found the problem but I don;t now how to solve it, I went through my [Settings And Connection Status List] and at the bottom, it says NAT type - Failed. This I think is the problem but I need some help solving it.

Yea, man, you need a NAT type...try connecting ethernet if you can.
How do I do this? By a plug?
