This series cannot be found on Netflix.

In fact, it is currently ONLY available in the United States (not all of NA) PSN Video Store. Xam'd is a PSN exclusive, meaning it will only be found on PSN until either someone moneyhats to break a contract, or it is released on some other media.

Piracy is an option, but you won't find anything of decent quality. Also, if the studios don't get the money they deserve on this, say goodbye to high-quality anime on PSN.

The JRPGs.

...

It's a good thing I'm open to new experiences.

Can't agree more. The current situation is a little more than 'disappointing'.

A game like this DEMANDS dedicated servers. I wouldn't be surprised if they charged a monthly fee to keep those running.

Please don't only use upper case when you're posting. It makes it extremely hard for others to read.

Ebay is not exactly a reputable source for... anything unless the seller has a relatively spotless record. But for HDMI cables, I would've just gone to monoprice instead, since the cables offered there are cheap and proven to be decent in reviews by Engadget.

Wouldn't append the word "evah", but to me, it's definitely one of the best this gen has to offer at the moment.

If you don't agree, that's fine. I don't need your verbal diarrhea.

Is this some kind of joke? Game saves will (hopefully) fit unless developers have become ridiculously lazy and are making excessively bloated save files.

On the otherhand, you may need a larger capacity for any game data (installations, patches) that is on your PS3.

The issue with Firmware Version 2.4 bricking PS3s is totally blown out of proportion. It has not bricked "a lot of PS3s" and has only affected a limited number of users. Try the GAF forum and you'll find only a few positive reports of 2.4 actually causing a system failure among pages and pages of users saying that their PS3 had no problem updating.

To be back on topic, this is some interesting information that I had not known before. But at times, it feels like Sony's trying to play cat and mouse with Microsoft a little too much rather than focusing on making the XMB unique, efficient, and immersive.

The current in-game XMB can definitely use a little cleaning up.

More commonly referred to as DDR (Dance Dance Revolution)...

There is currently no DDR release planned for the PS3. There are plenty of PS2 iterations though and I don't think they're going to (need to) move onto next-gen consoles anytime soon.

I have no idea how you even manage to break an HDD so often.

Why would I want memory cards anyway? They're proprietary ($$$) and always run out of space.
