Ideally 3 or more. 2 will also do, but I do not desire a lone child.

Yeah, I find myself more interesting when I'm drunk. I also think I am wittier and a better dancer. But when this effect wears down, I tend to get extremely depressed.
Consoles are more relaxing. You can sit in your sofa and play, while you watch the TV from afar. It's also better for the eyes and back.
It could be done, but since ME1 is a MS game and would never appear on the PS3, it would exclusively be ME2 and ME3. They would have to compensate by having an story introduction, where you are presented with a summary of the story in ME1 and furthermore being able to make moral choices along the summary, like Wrex and the council. Just to access all the in-game material and not just default Shepard.
They are white. They are just more tanned-white, while the northern europeans are a bit more pink-white.
Depends on what you mean by tolerance.
To get noticably drunk, I's say 5-6 drinks. But it will make me ill at about 8-9 drinks. Thankfully, I have been smart enough to avoid that, except for a few christmas parties, that somehow always tend to go horribly wrong.
Here in Denmark housewives are extremely rare. To be honest, I find the very idea extremely conservative, to me the man and the woman are both equally obliged with family matters and house keeping, as goes for making money. Having too many women outside of the workforce is also really bad for the economy. Also, having a mother who constantly takes care of the children and most of the chores leads to spoiled children. Besides, there isn't that much work in the whole thing, unless you have many children, it seems to me like a brainless lazing job. It seems like it's a pittiful existance in the shadow of your husband. I can see where these values come from, since the US is remarkably conservative and religious, but personally I see it as a personality flaw.
