 Nothing. If I found solid evidence I would conclude that I had gone mad and will seek out the nearest mental institution. 

Depends on the people who say it. Here in Denmark, in the urban areas the term "Christian" carries an almost negative connotation, but not quite. It is still a part of our culture, but real Christians are a small minority and most people are either completely atheist or cultural Christians (participating in a few ceremonies and traditions like Christmas and Easter, and they only go to church on these occasions)  Most people are skeptical when it comes to religion. I guess it comes with the cold, rational nature of the people.

No. It always ends up as a mess, those relationships usually don't last long, either she gets a boyfriends who thinks it's weird, or I get a girlfriend who thinks it's weird. That even ignoring the fact that the whole thing will just feel weird.

20 minutes. Always very, very hot, I usually go out when I'm beginning to feel the black out. In Iceland we have almost free hot water, due to all the geothermal energy we use. You get used to certain luxuries + it's usually darn cold outside.

I feel your pain, I say retreat. If you're in the friend zone, but you want more, the relationship is going to be unhealthy and only cause you pain. It happened to me in senior high... 3 full years of following the woman I loved, while getting heart broken every time she mentioned another guy or started a flirt. It just isn't worth it and chances are your relationship will never be more than just friends... I learned my lesson, the quick conquest is preferable.
