[QUOTE="t3hrubikscube"]Well, my dream school was the University of Pennsylvania, but I didn't even apply. I only applied to Drexel University (in Philadelphia) and the university in my city: North Dakota State University. I was accepted to both. It was really tempting to go to Drexel, but I just couldn't justify paying more for one year of Drexel than all four years of NDSU...so I'm going to NDSU now. I'm liking it a lot so far. I'm actually happy with my decision. :)rawsavonI let $$$ dictate my choice as well... Same here...Was accepted into Michigan as well as Central Michigan....Michigan would have been extremely expensive, where at Central I have a full ride. I now attend Central. Hopefully I don't regret it....

The disc is seemingly spotless. I just finished Tales of Vesperia (awesome game btw, a little dissapointed by the abrupt ending), and popped in Fable II.
My 360 won't read the disc. Sometimes it comes up as "Mixed Media Disc", and other times I can hit play game, where my 360 will tell me it is unreadable.
The disc seems very clean. Anyone have this problem? My 360 will play anything else.
I'm beginning to fear for the future of gaming. It seems like every game now a days has a very dark theme and is filled with violence. I'm tired of playing first person shooters and the like that all look exactly the same. So why not just play something else? There isn't much else to play.
I miss having an abundance of games thatcan take you to another world and aren't chock full of greys, browns and blacks.. (Banjo tooie/kazooie, SuperMario 64etc.).
Sure, there are games every now and then that do this (kameo, etc). I thoroughly enjoyed Oblivion and its beautiful landscapes. It just seems like the majority of games now adays strive too hard to be "realistic" and "dark". Anyone agree?
I was thinking that it'd be interesting to see some critical opinions from gamers about their favorite console.
360:
1. Hate feeling like any day could be my 360's last.
2. Would rather not pay for online gaming.
3. Lack of quality games that arent't filled with violence that interest me.
YourFriendSteve.
Actually, I love gamertags that are generic and don't use numbers. I guess anything with a ton of numbers irks me.
1. LOZ: Ocarina of Time- Amazing atmosphere, awesome music, incredibly epic.
2. Super Mario 64- Groundbreaking, got me REALLY into gaming.
3. LOZ: Wind Waker- LOVED the artstyle.
4. Chrono Trigger- Best RPG ever.
5. Goldeneye/Perfect Dark- Most favorite fps's.
6. Banjo Kazooie/Tooie
7. Oblivion
8. Diablo II
9. Res. Evil 4
10. Bioshock
These honestly may be the first 10 that popped into my head. Too hard to narrow it down.

Yes, some of those are also coming to the PC on the 360's list.
Then again, the poster seems to be attacking the PS3, not the PC. Those games he listed are coming to the 360, but not the PS3.
Really not sure why exclusivity matters. One system has games the other doesn't. Bottom line.
It's forums are dead, no one mentions it, yet its being developed by Bioware and releases in a little over 3 months?
I personally think its going to be fantastic. Am I alone?
I've been out of gaming for quite a while. However, I'm about to pick up a 360 again as well as some games. My question...What the hell do I play first?
I still need to play...
-Bioshock
-Mass Effect
-Fallout 3
-GTA 4
-GoW 1 and 2
-and Assassins Creed
What's the point? (no pun intended)siLVURcrossI guess I was just curious as to what the readers here thought.
I kind of wonder why they did it as well.
