Yes, im in an environmental class in school right now and Im taking it in college. There is to much proff that says it is. Ive read and watched things on it. Everyone says well the earth has always done this, well never this much. Ths CO2 lvls are 2-3 times higher then they ever been in 600,000 years, that should be proof enough, because this jump in c02 started once human began to become dominant on earth and jumped even more as we grew, expanded and became the society we are today.

Thankyou! It's funny that anyone, conservative or liberal, always reaches the same consensus after taking an environmental class, while thenonbelievers claim to have "done research on their own."

Of course you will believe in global warming after taking an enviornmental course? Who teaches these courses, the same envriomentalists who spew their BS about global warming.

I put an enviormental course on the same level as Al Gore's fictional movie because your not getting a balanced view. The professors teaching are biased towards global warming so of course that is what you will be taught to believe.

That causes a catch 22. If you get advice from anyone other than a scientist people say "o well its a scientist, theyre going to say that, so it doesnt count" but if you go and get information from soneone else people say "theyre not qualified, what do they know". People who wont accept global warming wont ever do so. They will always find a reason to disbelieve the information they are told, as if it were some soviet-era conspiracy to take over the world.

There are scientists who don't buy into this human caused global warming conspiracy. Of course Al Gore and the liberal media silences them.

right. Al gore silences them. OK. So where are these scientists you speak of? It may be in Al Gore's interest to "silence" these fictional scientists, but its not in the conservatives interest. In fact, the conservatives could use these "scientists" to attempt to disprove this whole big liberal conspiracy. Oh wait. They've already tried doing that you say? Well, I hate to break it to you, but people on the payroll of an oil company don't count. Sorry.

I believe that the earth has the capacity to deal with rising and falling temperatures. We simply do not have enough data to effectively judge how today's temperatures compare to previous eras. Speculation and grant money abound as scientists flock where the money is. Global warming is another ridiculous myth/problem that Hollywood has made worse in an effort to make themselves feel like they are positively contributing to society. For most of last year, it was adoption. The year before that it was the war in Iraq.

Where are the scientists, you ask? Meteorologists have a quite a different view than environmentalists or hollywood actors. They perhaps have the most unbiased position of all. Enjoy:

earth itself can deal with the change, but can humans? can we deal with rising sea lvls?lose of fresh drinking water?stronger storms? the spread of diseases?

That is a contradictory statement. By admitting that the earth has the capacity to deal with problem, you've admitted that there is no problem. You've presented a concoction of problems that have nothing to do with global warming. Please stick to the issue.

I believe wholeheartedly in microevolution, but I do not under any circumstances believe in macroevolution.

Sequel to Chrono Trigger. 'Nuff said. Also, I hope that the new Sam and Max games will be digitally distributed sometime soon.

So wait, I don't get it... how do they expect to defeat Silver Surfer?foxhound_fox

The same way they defeated Dr. Doom in the first movie... in an extremely anticlimactic final fight scene that lasts less than a minute...
