Its quite simple then isn't it. If you don't like the premise, don't play the game. I have no problem shooting massive loads of people, or rather ZOMBIES of ANY color. I think it would be stupid to change the location just because some people might find it offensive. So what. People have a right to be offended. But it's when they try to censor things that it becomes an issue. The funny thing is, if the main character were black, it probably wouldn't be an issue. Now THAT is sad. higakun

yup capcom is going to have to make a black character as the main character in RE5 just to make everyone happy. As of right now I would love to see Capcom put this woman in the game as a zombie, now that is good thinking. Think of all the attention the game would get then. Hell yeah.

I think the second was the best but I do agree what you said about the nemesis I hate when it would pop out of no where chasing you.

The second resident evil game is by far the most scary of them all. I really liked what they did with RE3 though and how the game took place in the city. If it was not for RE4 then RE3 would be my favorite but RE2 is the most scary RE game that I've played and I've played them all.

Not necessiarly either of those. Actually most people look at this game as its supposed to be one of the main rpgs for the xbox360 coming out in the near future. Just like Lost Odyssey, Mass Effect, Fable 2. I've heard countless times where xbox fanboys would add that into their lists of great up coming games for the xbox360.

Thats what I like about gamerankings.com is that it takes into account every review and then it gives you the avg review from everyone so the review from that site isn't really an opinion when they that many scores are compiled together. It still is an opinion to a certain degree but its more or less how good the game really is in most cases.

The best of the best games don't get reviews in the 6's or 7's. Look at Resident Evil 4, Goldeneye, FFX. The best of the best don't get those scores.

Yeah but FFX only had 3 bad reviews and that was it. Blue Dragon already has about 2 bad reviews out of 10 reviews or so. FFX got 3 bad reviews out of 30 plus or so reviewers. So odds are it will be very hard for Blue Dragon to stay under 3 bad reviews at this point as it would for any game trying to surpass or be as good as FFX when it comes to reviews.

The hypocrisy in this thread is astounding. Lair gets 2 bad reviews and it's a massive flop, but not Blue Dragon. It gets 2 bad ones and the only response lemmings could give it is 2 bad reviews doesn't make it a flop, wait for Gamespot's review thats what counts.Ragnarok1051

I don't know about the rest of you all but if a game gets like 5 or 6 bad reviews I really start to wonder about the game. The games that I listed above that I considered the best of the best may have gotten at most 3 bad reviews in the 7's. You can check it out for yourself at gamerankings.com

Maps, no idea. FRD has said there will be quite a variety of different areas in the game, so I'd like to think that most if not all of them will have some sort of multiplayer map.

Thanks for answering because these questions have been on my mind for quite some time and if the game didn't have that good of an online part with it there would be a chance that I might not buy it. The only thing that disappoints me about the game is there is no map maker and there was a map maker in time splitters. However, that isn't too big of a disappointment with no map maker because I know free radical will deliver great maps just like they did with time splitters and with goldeneye.

I wouldn't worry too much about the lack of a map maker...PS3 owners will have UT3 also for all their modding and map making needs :o

you can make maps in UT3? I had no idea it had that in there. Now I'm that much more curious to find out more about UT3, it would seem like its the best of best with fps games coming out this fall.
