um, the free psn network (which is free) went down for 24 hours not days and only for the old phat ps3's (that use the free psn network) the newer ps3 slims were able to log into the free psn with no problems, and after 24 hours the free service was back up. Oh did I mention that the psn is free?

Too bad its a bare bones service and that you need to constantly update it. Also the PS3 gives near dial-up speed downloading speed limits,

I streamed through this thread ignoring most of the fanboy comments because most are jokes, but yours is clearly not. I would just like to add that i can download a episode of qore (1.5 gb's-2gb's per episode) in 20 minutes. I can download a 500mb demo in 5 minutes. Dial up connection speeds? Check your internet buddy. Or maybe you just download stuff the day the store is updated, every thursday, when the PSN stores traffic is the highest, it will take you longer then obviously because you and everyone else is trying to download the latest content, but even then it never takes me more then 30 mins to download a gig of data.

Microsoft didnt invent any of those features, they just packaged them all into a service and make people pay for it, they just made a way of making money off of them.

Ahh was already looking forward to the game but now i cant wait! I loved GTA4's open world lobby, me and a group of friends played in that more then the actual multiplayer, but it never felt right because there were never police or any kind of structure to it. I love the passe feature, the random bandits, bandit towns, hunting, oh man i cant wait. Its about time there is a good western game, its such a underused setting.
