True, because Steam is DRM disguised as a service. In return for restricted user rights, the player gets ZOMG STEAM ACHIEVEMENTS AND COMMUNITY FEATURES! GASP!

What does steam actually restrict users from doing? Installing the game on a friends computer so they can play together? Sorry but Steam is the best digital distribution method out there, i have never had any problems with it and i have been using it since the release of half life 2. I buy more games off steam then i do at retail because of its reliability and convinence.

Hmmm most recent for me is Darksiders. All i knew was it was a GOW/LoZ hybrid. Easily one of my favorite games this gen.

Looks excellent. I have to say im pretty dissapointed its not comming to PC anymore, this is one title i am dissapointed that i will be missing.

I dont think it defined action games, but it introduced how games can be more cinimatic and movie like IMO. Its mostly with camera work and set pieces, which were never done like they were in uncharted 2

I like it just because it shows that there might be some depth added to the game. The first one really laked at making me give a damn about anything in the games story, the only people i felt bad for during the entire mess were the koreans whose faces i smashed in and the people on the carrier.

My bets are on the new COD, which i have no interest in, but i love viral marketing so i cant wait to see how this unfolds.

Cool i guess, more people who wanted to play it get to play it.

Yes its fact. Someone posted a quote from a dev on the game saying how the other games were to difficult for people so they are making this one easier, they took out key features in the series and are adding features such as mark and execute or last known position, both of which make things easier on you. Some people, obviously you, like these features and think the game looks great, but its a simple fact that this is a dumbed down splinter cell game.

I dont see those eye cutting jaggies you speak of, either im blind, or your being sarcastic. Also i used the same settings you are about when crysis first game out, luckily im running all very high now 8)
