If Nintendo does try to push the online functionality of the Wii U, I hope they do not diminish their support of local multiplayer in first-party games.
Why is Molyneux blaming Kinect? Fable: The Journey should have been designed differently from the beginning. If the game had used the Kinect in conjunction with a controller, it would have been more than a simple, on-rails action game. The controller could have been used for navigation, while motion controls used for spells and other combat commands. This would have at least helped the game appeal to core gamers, while still including new motion gameplay mechanics to appeal to casual gamers and other Kinect owners.
As usual, Molyneux is just trying to shift the blame on others when he should be looking at his own mistakes first.
Considering you can get a Wii or 360 with a greater game library for $100-$50 cheaper. Price is probably the biggest thing hurting the 3DS, since you can get a DSi with a far better library for $100 cheaper. Sony on the other hand has confirmed they'll be losing money on the PSVita for the first three years, this can only mean greater price on software and/or greater price on proprietary memory. Just seems like a lost cause in the smartphone/tablet boom for a handheld to cost that much.

I think the great DS and DSi library works for the 3DS as well, because buying a 3DS gives you the DS and DSi library, as well as future 3DS games, for only $100 more than the DSi.
