I just had an epiphany....Since video games make us all violent, instead of talking about this like civilized people, shouldn't we be going out and murdering the ones who would threaten the existence of our precious video games? RAWR!
p.s. for legality reasons, PLEASE nobody actually go murder anyone...that would be bad...B-A-D...

This article should be renamed "Study: 11 percent of parents know what's going." In reality most of these 89% do not care about video games. Until horrible events occur they couldn't care less, but then bad stuff happens and the media does surveys like this that basically ask "don't you hate it when bad stuff happens?" and of course they do...People need to get off the band wagon and think for themselves.
I would also point out how all these media outlets point out how games like CoD have made literally billions of dollars and millions of people have bought these games, and yet only a handful of people have been reported to have actually initiated these heinous crimes. I'm no mathematician, but that's a statistical anomaly if I ever saw one. If video games cause people to kill others, there would LITERALLY be millions of murders occurring as we speak.
NEWSFLASH: Unidentified man walks into shopping mall, starts randomly commanding rats to attack people. An attempt to apprehend the perpetrator was made, but he managed to escape to the upper level of the mall by teleporting or "blinking". Law enforcement on the scene reported that time seemed to slow around them and that many of the officers felt nauseous and could not remember the event, saying they felt as if some unknown force was controlling their movements. Authorities believe that the perpetrator learned all of these advanced tactics from playing a modern video game called "Dishonored"... PROOF THAT VIDEOGAMES CAUSE VIOLENCE!
Violent games HAVE been examined...over and over and over again. The studies have been done. The results have been documented and filed. It's funny that people who we rely on to govern us, who we believe are so intelligent, and yet when a matter like gun control or the deaths of innocents come up, they immediately jump on this bandwagon. This is mob mentality at it's finest. The claims of these people would never stand up in a debate...moving on.
