Nintendo has to consider this and other ideas like the head tracking device, for next gen.Thiago26792

That VR head tracking technique is going to be in Boom Blox, but yeah, Nintendo will have to be really innovative if they want to top the Wii for next generation. I just hope the next system won't make you put cameras and senors all over your TV.

At first, I was like, "Why is this supposed to be funny", and then they meet HIM!!! Started laughing when a bootless Link ducks back in the building.

I think that if a game is going to charge you for playing online on a system that offers FREE online play, they will include some sort of voice chat, among other features. I bet when the first Pay to Play game is announced, a Nintendo or a third party headset will follow.

Wouldn't most people that own a Wii and go to these forums choose "fun"? It definitely is the best option, btw. For example, I recently got addicted to Doom, the Roguelike; a Roguelike, if you don't know, is basically an RPG that is completely comprised of ASCII characters. Sounds simple, but there are a lot of depth to most of them. The one I played was one set in the Doom PC game universe, and it worked really well.

Both, but SSBB firstly because that comes out before MK and I'm more excited about it.

I'd like Brawl and MOHH2 to have DLC. In fact, any game that lets you go online for play should have some sort of DLC like extra character models or maps. Brawl has that submitted "stage of the day" feature, so that could be considered DLC.

Brand new levels for Ghost Squad would get me to come back to that game...and not beat the entire thing in 15 minutes. Guitar Hero 3 was supposed to have DLC, and Activision was vocal about getting some, but Nintendo still lacks a way to store it, so it's a no go right now.

[QUOTE="ozzsoad"][Toilet Flushing] Listen, it's the sound of Jaysonguy's credibility.sexy_chimp

Your a little late, that happened months ago.

Jaysonguy, what the hell happened to you. I remember when you weren't such an attention seeker.

I know everyone is entitled to his/her own opinion, and the Smash Bros. series isn't for everyone, but I seriously find his replies more and more annoying. It's like he starts threads and posts just so someone will disagree with him. At first, when I recognized the user and his replies, he kind of seemed like an intelligent poster, but now it's just like he's attempting to be a smart...butt.

I mean, not calling Brawl a fighter is ridiculous, because it is. It even started it's own genre of party-fighting games. And I believe saying the game is not technical is a mistake as there are many fans who can reach a lot of depth with the characters and the fighting system. Just because a game only uses a couple of buttons doesn't mean it's shallow.

Also, I don't agree with the "These aren't fighters that have a clue about fighting..." comment he made. Maybe the fighter's in their own franchises don't fight hand-to-hand, but when they are in brawl, they're all professional butt whoopers. You can probably figure out how I feel about him comparing the games to junk food, so I won't go into that (in a way, can't ALL games be compared to junk food? Save that one for another debate).

Anyway, Brawl is just a game, like the Marios, Metroids, and Zeldas, so it's not like I'm going to get heated over his opinions. Still, Jaysonguy's credibility with me just sunk even lower than it already was; I'm starting to look upon his posts as troll responses than something I'd actually want to read and take info from.

Oh, and to m_machine024, thanks for the congrats! Haven't got the job yet, but I'm crossing my fingers, and getting it would be a great step in the right direction for my plans to eventually get a job in game design (level designer, specifically).

If I got to play a new Earthbound, specifically on a home console, I would die a happy man! Seriously, I want to PSI Flame some more New Age Retro Hippies and bottle rocket a couple of Ramblin' Evil Mushrooms...so they can keep ramblin'.
