[QUOTE="slimdave21"]Trust me man if you liked either one of the Chrono games your going to love Xenogears. As for your second question I'd go with Journey out of those two.

I loved Chrono Trigger as a matter of fact! And Chrono Cross seemed pretty good but I always get distracted and pulled away from that game so I'm not very far in it... Does Journey have high replay value would you say?

Okay, so after putting a great deal of thought into it, I think I've pretty much decided that I can't miss out on Xenogears since I've heard great things about it and I've also heard it has a great story which I would really appreciate right now... So, let me know if you have any objections or recommendations of other PS1 RPGs that are better as far as story and gameplay are concerned just so I know I forgot to consider something... but the real issue is this...

I can't decide between Hard Corp Uprising and Journey. I won't have internet access so I would be able to put multiplayer to great use on Hard Corp with my roommate, but Journey seems to be so full of hype that I can't decide between the two. I'm worried Journey won't last me very long since it only takes about 2 hours to beat from waht reviews have said and once it's over, I'm not sure if there will be much else to do with the game. Oooo what a dillema... thanks for the help!

could anyone possibly explain to me what it is you actually do in Journey? It looks amazing from an artistic perspective but that won't retain my interest in playing it for long... And I don't see what the premise is of the game.

I 100% recall saying that in the future Sony are sticking with the idea of accounts/PSN's are they want to keep this persistent throughout. This pretty much means that PSN stuff will carry on over.Adziboy
I sure hope so... it'd be a huge selling point for them to keep the PS4 B/C all the way back to the first PS1... I also think they should make a cloud drive so you can play your saved games on any PS3... Besides, that'd help everyone keep their games and downloads for the PS4.

For those who buy downloadable games, do you think they'll still be playable through future consoles? This is one thing that concerns me about buying PSN stuff but maybe it's just me. Do you think all purchases may cross over to the new platform?

[QUOTE="Conjuration"]

I personally enjoy Wild Arms very much. Breath of Fire IV is worth what they're asking as well.

Nightowl99
^^ I forgot about Breath of Fire 4. That's a nice little gem of a game if you're into old school RPG'S.

Both those look really good... Although, I'm trying to limit my decision down to just one for right now... So I'm in a struggle to decide between Grandia Wild Arms BoF4

I've bought so many, but the ones I really liked were the Pixeljunk games, Shatter, Flower, savage Moon, SuperstardustHD, SoldnerX2, the Contra game that isn't called Contra, Lumines, haven't tried Comet Crash yet...

zekere
Oh yeah that contra game looked awesome to me! Is it fun to play multiplayer?

So I've never boughten a game from the PSN so I figured I'd take this as an opportunity to see which games are worth looking into, Primarily RPGs but I am of course interested in anything and everything! What would you recommend or suggest to others?
