Ken Rolston and Bethesda. The Elder Scrolls lore was some of the most epic and fantastic lore I ever delved into. Bioware because they are revolutionizing the Western RPG, and I sure as hell can't wait to play SWTOR just for the lore.

Lots of trolls on GameSpot's forums, particularly in WoW-related threads. I think people just get mad that their preferred game doesn't do so well. Another reason i think is that they would love to be good at PvP, but never could, so they quit. Another would be the same only with PvE. No good guild would take them either because their attitude to the game (gear hording etc) and/or other players didn't get them a spot. I also think some are just annoyed that it's not Warcraft 4 (this makes me laugh though.)

I've asked a good amount of people on these forums who seem to comment on the game's raiding difficulty, or PvP difficulty, their character's info and I've not once seen a single person with anything even remotely good achievement and statistics wise.

Fact is, the game has won loads of awards, had countless high reviews and ratings and has grown into a video game phenomenon and has had continued player-base growth even after 6 years. People like to pick apart really good games, but when you stack it against other games of the same genre it's so far ahead in overall quality.

If you've formed your own opinion on the game, you shouldn't have to ask people who like the game why it's a good game. If you know a fair amount about what makes a game good and fun to play, you should be able to form your own honest opinion as to why it is a good game. Much like Greg Kasavin did in his review.

You make some valid points, but with a user pic that says WoW is the best game ever created people will only take your words with a grain of salt when you post anything WoW related. I know i can't help but think your words are biased b/c of that photo. Lol however WoW is rated a 10 in my books, i play the game, just giving you a heads up on how alot of people view your words about WoW.

WoW does seem to get old if you're not playing with RL friends, especially since BC and WotLK if you're not playing with friends it has become very depersonalized in subtle ways. Being in a guild with people you met in game is nice, and even better if you actually arrange to meet them outside of the game like my first guild, they would have WoW parties and travel across the country to visit. The talent behind the game is world class and it is no doubt excellently crafted and polished, and uber fun. But I don't have a desire to play it anymore even with Cata it's lost the magic and appeal for me, I think it's mostly because I'm not playing with friends anymore and the boat load of hours I've put into it.

Anyways to address the title of this thread, Blizzard is not ****, they are masters at what they do and their actions are completely rational and extremely smart. Have some patience and don't whine like a little ***** over such a small issue.
