This is a game worth waiting for......the price to drop. IGN says it's a beautiful game /w great music, and the gameplay is decent. So, it'll be worth checking out....when the price drops. majadamus

Did cows learn nothing from Heavenly Sword, Motorstorm, LAIR and just about every othergame they hyped this year? The only time we will know who has the best line-up of 08 is at the end of 08. It's 07 right now and so far the 360 is doing way better than the PS3. Will it be the same in 08? Who knows but I do know cows said the PS3 would be better in 07, lemmings said the same of course and it had little effect over what actually happened. Games can flop, games can be announced, you can get surprise killer apps and games can be delayed. It's hard enough to guess who will have the best 07 even at this late stage, much less who will have the best 08.Sir_Graham
or you know games can be delayed like the supposed 2007 killer app MGS4 was. I mean seriously NO ONE could have said on august 25th 2006 that MGS4 would be delayed for all we know a lot of stuff can happen between now and Q4 2008.
Ninja theory developer working on the upcoming playstation 3 exclusive title , Heavenly sword have confirmed that, Heavenly Sword will clock in around 12-15 hours of gameplay mayhem.
I hope that's the case, but now I don't know how such different numbers (6 hours compared to 12-15) can be made

what he is trying to say is that we have two reviews saying that they have played the game and they both say its around 6-7 hours so i would take the word of people who actually played the game more than an article that was submitted 21 days ago.
My opinion is that this time next year PS3 will be doing just as good as 360... but whats the point ur just gonna say im a deluded fanboy

If they can get the price of the PS3 below $400 they'll start to catch up I think. I don't see that happening until the middle or end of 2008though. The Wii and 360 are definitely going to own the holidays this year. I can't wait to see Nov 07 NPD numbers. The PS3 is far from doomed though. A comeback is definitely possible. Once the price is rightall those people who have PS2 are going to eventually switch over to the PS3. Think about it. 200,000 people are still buying PS2'seach month. Eventually they are going to want the PS3 once the price is right and the library is large.It's a no brainer really.
by the time the ps3 drops price the 360 and the wii will also be able to drop their price Sony isnt ever going to gain a price advantage against the wii or the 360 this generation unless they like loosing hundreds of millions of dollars.
actually those six hours according to ign aren't even all fun. They say only half the game is actually fun so basically you get a three hour fun game...
