[QUOTE="Tech_Guy_2"][QUOTE="CB4McGusto"]PC gaming is such a burden. :xCB4McGusto

Why do you not like such a nice PC?

The time, effort and money spent toward building one for my gaming needs; which it doesn't satisfy is what I don't like.

What are your needs?

STOP MAKING FUN OF ME!!!!!!!! :cry:

I made a terrible mistake of building a gaming rig. Teh expensive essentials, teh upgrades, teh time consuming, teh common errors, teh PC exclusives also coming out for consoles, teh waiting for games that have been out on consoles for months before there PC release, teh hardly noticeable textures between console and PC games. Oh GOD what have I done? Somebody please take this $1500 burden away from me!!!!!!!!!!

*curls in ball a sucks thumb*

[QUOTE="GenTom"]Quick question actually, since i don't really see a need for 4gbs especially when that would require 64bit Vista. Would there be any use in perhaps buying 3 gigs of RAM?sadikovic

It would improve multitasking since you would have enough ram to run a dozen programs at once... but at the moment gaming doesn't require it.

Vista 32bit + Crysis take up 1.2GB ram so the extra ram would be a waste since Crysis is the most demanding game out there.

Well my 64-bit vista takes around 1.8GB so does 32-bit use less RAM?

And secondly just because crysis is the most demanding game doesnt mean that it requires the most RAM.Crysis is ONLY the most demanding game from a GPU point of view ONLY.There are games which are more demanding than crysis on the CPU and RAM example being sup com and WiC.

[QUOTE="Tech_Guy_2"][QUOTE="sadikovic"]

19" Samsung SyncMaster 193v... dont need anything bigger or wider and haven't had a problem with it since I braught it 2 years ago.

sadikovic

Nice.

But dont you feel tired playing it that way.I mean you cant rest your elbows from the looks of your setup.I also had it that way but then started feeling tired until i bought a new table with which now i have my elbows fully rested and it really is quite good.

I dont know how to explain but it's like where you are right into the table and you can fully rest your hands while playing.

I have a very comfy and expensive rotating chair and the arm rests lineup up to the dest that way my elbows actualy rest on them.

Ok that's fine then.

[QUOTE="Tech_Guy_2"]Oh really.Tell me how do i do that?Aparantly PC wizard 2008 says that my 8800GTX does not have scaling as a feature?Meu2k7

Go to Nvidia Control Panel - Change Flat Panel Scaling - Use Nvidia Scaling with Fixed-Aspect Ratio.

And now you're using your GPU to scale.

There is no such option.There is this stereo diaply mode with vertical interlace monitor and colour interleaved monitor as the options.Are you refering to this?

:lol: Dunnn dunnn Duuuuuuuuunnnnnnn Tech Guy Owned again, he clearly doesnt have a good PC:

I am sitting on a CRT monitor right now.:roll:
