Had a memory lapse and asked for a game recommendation in the boards, not this thread. So ashamed.

In any case, here's what I posted:

Hi, I've recently decided to start playing an online competitive game, and to stray a bit from FPS's/Shooters, picked the genre popularized with DotA (I don't know the name of the genre, enlighten me if you do). I'm curious regarding one thing: which of the three major DotA-style games is the best?

The way I see it, DotA has the largest hero repertoire, but only has one map and is essentially just a mod. for Warcraft 3 -- aka: it looks outdated. Heroes of Newerth is essentially a DotA 2.0, though I haven't had much experience with it to opinate, and League of Legends is the best-looking of the three, but with a shy cast of heroes (although ever-increasing). My doubt is, which is the best? Which is more balanced, has better online, a better community, better stat. tracking (iirc DotA didn't have stat. tracking, and I like online games that do it), better graphics, etc.?

Thanks.

I know it isn't the one with the biggest discrepancy, but League of Legends has a 6.0 on Gamespot, a 7.9 aggregate score (26 reviews) and a 8.3 user score. If you ask me, going from fair to Great is a decent discrepancy.

Tim. I don't live in the USA either. They have this plan that's called "Tim Liberty: you, without frontiers" that offers what I said, with a few extra things for those who get the payed plans.

Not to defend the bullying kid, but the reason the fat kid is in trouble is because of how he responded. It's hard to claim self defense against a kid 1/3 his size and bodyslamming someone onto a brick wall generally isn't seen as an act of self defense. Especially on school grounds. Not sure why they didn't just both get in trouble.

Both getting into trouble would be the correct answer. I remember how I was pissed during the 7th grade when a kid punched me, I put him in a sleeper hold and both of us got a day-long suspension, but it was the right thing to do.

In any case, I personally found the smaller kid annoying. Just looking at his small punk-a** jumping around and punching the fat kid in the face makes me angry.

I can't say, since I'm not from Canada, but that would be expensive here. My phone has no plan (pre-paid), and the bonus I get is: unlimited calls to any cellphone of the same provider, unlimited calls to local phones, unlimited internet time (paying the first minute of internet in a day, if you use it, which costs US$0,28), unlimited messaging.

But the service could simply be cheaper here, idk.

Depends on how much you're paying for it.

if you have ever had a nice bowl of pho with some will made pork belly you might not be so quick to say ribs, just saying....

surrealnumber5

Ribs. That was pretty quick.

Look, I'm not saying the rest of the pig tastes bad, it's all great. But to me, no taste compares to the taste of pork ribs... and this comes from a man who's eaten almost every part of a pig (haven't eaten tail, yet), and different types of meat going from crocodile and rabbits to cows and hogs.
