well already owning a 360 and buying a ps3 is a mistake, like 95% is overlap, a good chunk of that overlap plays better on 360, and there are great exclusives on both. If your playing the ps3 and the exclusives don't intereste you all that much, you literally just bought a subpar 360 that plays blurays

That statement is opinon for the most part. Sure some multiplats looks slightly better on 360 but is really not that noticable. You really have to look to notice differences between the two (Skyrim being the only game that I will admit runs better on 360). But anyway, the 360 sucks in exclusives point blank, Halo, gears, forza, fable can only carry you so far before you tire of their constant releases. The only real advantage 360 has over ps3 is xbox live really.

Its just the fact that MS dose'nt even TRY to bring fresh new IP's to the 360 anymore that pisses me off. At least Sony has solid first party studios under their wing. MS let a good company like RARE crumble and die really? MS is caught up in trying to steal Nintendo's crowd that they are totally neglecting the core gamers who support the 360. But hey the core 360 fan base seems to be pretty happy with multiplats and the same four exclusives Halo, Gears, Fable, Forza. Me? I am debating on if I am gonna keep my 360 in 2012, might just go with the ps3/ PC combo instead of my current ps3/360 combo.

I use to be one of those hardcore 360 fanboys but then I got a ps3 and noticed all the solid games on it. I don't hate the 360 just disspointed in its lack of exclusives and so I found myself playing more on ps3. If gears of war ever went mulitplat that would be the nail in the coffin for me and my 360 though.

My thoughts excatly! I am looking at my slim version of both consoles and I am thinking damm why the eff did I even bother upgrading to the slim 360. I barely even play it past gears 3 and modern warfare 3 ( which I only got because friends and family did). Multiplats are pretty much the same on both 360 and ps3 at this point ( with very little differences between them). The only things keeping me from selling my 360 is xbox live (it is a bit better than psn and most of my family and friends are on it) and gears 3 thats it. Halo 4 does not excite me at all. Halo much like COD is starting to get old to me. I don't know.. but MS needs to do better in terms of core exclusives thats for sure.

ND is a quality devoloper and I have faith that it will be a awesome game. MS hasn't announced anything good for 2012 other than Halo 4 which I NOT excited about at all. It's just another lame excuse for them to milk Halo for all it's worth. Ps3 owns in exclusives deal with it 360 fanboys. TheBlizz87

GTA 5 DLC might be a timed exclusive for one console. If Sony is smart they will do like MS did with GTA 4 and pay Rockstar a boat load of money to make the expansion packs exclusive to ps3.
