I heard this one dance song that is like techno or trance but with lyrics. Don't know what exactly the genre is but after the song ended the person said her name was Mya featuring some other singer which was a male dude. Anyone know the name of the song?
I didn't even know about that. He made a horrible career move and should've chosen Fox instead. I hate those republican dudes at Fox but at least he would get the ratings.
If UC3 and hopefully UC4 is just as good as UC2 or even better than it will crush MGS series BY FAR. Uncharted series already have the better and more gameplay with just as epic stories.

So Slimfast products are good/healthy. I want to buy some shakes, protein bars, etc. but don't know what are the best brands or what it should contain to be good
Ok here's my final question. Can I just use dumbbells as well as exercises that don't use weights like sit ups? Like I said I dont have room for a home gym and I don't wanna go to the gym.
