That's a very light case to work on. Not really any evidence, and the sex (I'm assuming) was consesual. No offense to you or your friend but having unprotected sex is really just a bad judgment call, and that's probably how the court will see it too.
TheDonFanucci's forum posts
Haven't read everyone's posts, but I'd bet money no one's mentioned this movie: The Pope of Greenwich Village. I would recommend that movie to anyone. Mickey Rourke back when he was a good looking young man, not someone who looks like they belong on American Chopper.
Aside from that: Manhunter, Hardboiled, Donnie Brasco... Too many to count really.
Also, I don't know how to post links on this board. Anyone want to explain that to me? Do I have to use HTML?
I made a video and uploaded it onto YouTube.com, but unfortunately I do have a couple problems. One, I need to upload a caption track and I don't know how to make one. Two, when I search for the video it doesn't come up. Anyone have any answers to my questions? Any help would be real great. Thanks.
Btw, if you're interested in seeing my work here's the link below:

Thanks again, guys.
Just got done playing two games against a team of clowns who somehow managed to call in a care package every 2 seconds. The first game I just thought it was coincidence, but after the second game it was just obvious. The worst part is that they didn't even try denying it. They were actually proud of the fact that they blatantly cheated to win. They also said that even if I report them, they wouldn't get banned. How? Has anyone else experienced this kind of tom foolery, or something like it. Please divulge.
So I'm tired of the lag that I endure when playing COD. It's one of the big reasons that my KDR dropped down about .1 points. My solution? Upgrade my internet speed. Currently I'm getting about 16Kbps, but I'm going to try and upgrade to 20. Is this a good idea? Am I getting a fast enough service as is?
Plasma 1080P, I would recommend any of the Panasonic Viera line. Very good TV, pretty affordable, and will suit all of the need you listed.
I can completely understand your viewpoint. I was almost the same way when I was in my latter year of high school. Very stressed, very worried, very concerned about what college I was going to get into and what I was going to do with my life. Of course, I can't fully understand what your situation is because I don't know what your academic situation, and what colleges will take you, and how much pressure your parents are putting on you, but the point is that a lot of that doesn't matter.
Do you realize how many people made something of themselves without going to decent colleges, or even not going college at all? Too many people to count. You need to find out what makes you happiest in life. That doesn't mean what job will you find security in. That's the one word that annoys me more than most, security. I hear it too many times and to me it's an excuse people make for their own complacentcy. People that use the word security, especially when referring to jobs, are mainly people who would rather be doing something else with their life.
This sounds cheesy, but it's really about pursuing what you dream about. Of course you need to really get in touch with who you are and what you want to find out what your dream is, but it will be worth the struggle. After you realize what your dreams are the key is to take a risk and go after them. You'll find too many people in the world who don't have the courage to take that risk. They're scared of giving up what they have, or letting go of that 'security' they've been holding onto. Don't be afraid to take the risk and go after what you want. Even if you fail (and I won't lie to you, that is a realistic possibility) you will still feel more satisfied than if you never took that step.
Stop caring about the pressures that your parents are putting on you, that your sister is putting on you, that your peers are putting on you, and just find out what it is that you want. There's plenty of books already out there that dwell on this exact situation, but two really stood out to me. Those being The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho and the War of Art by Steven Pressfield. I could put money that those two books will really put things in perspective for you. Could also recommend some others, but those are the main two that come to head.
