With a macho brace, i only have to kill 150 patrats and lilipups to get the most attack right?

Today i got a Zoroark over GTS and since it had a japanese name, i bred it and hatched one. So I put an xp share on him to get him started and when i go to use him when he is lvl 17 his name and his form is Shiftry. His level, xp, health, and attacks were Zorua's. I had a Shiftry in my party. So i tried shutting off my ds and turning it back on, and the same problem occured. I tried getting Shiftry out of my party and it just turned into Luxray which was also in my party. When i put all pokemon except Zorua in the box, he went to his normal Zorua form. Do i need to hatch another egg? Is it because i missed the event?
I recently beat N and Ghetsis and I went to White forest. I was surprised to see trainers with level 60 pokemon. Where do i train my pokemon up to level 60? My highest now is a lvl 58 Samurott and the others are lower than that. Thanks
