@The-Neon-Seal @TheGamerPhenom @19James89 @VegasAceVII @Defender1978 Solid start wasn't meant as an overall term. Solid start from this point. Gotta look at the context of the conversation.

@thorn3000 I'd consider myself a pretty serious gamer, and I'm not giving it a wide bend. I just want some solid games for it before I buy it.

@19James89 @TheGamerPhenom @VegasAceVII @Defender1978 Definitely a solid start. They need a consistent stream of their biggest titles though, and soon.

@BadgerSnot Eh . . . kinda what I personally want. The gimmicks for the Wii got old really quickly (it's not a coincidence I used GameCube controllers whenever I could), and I suspect I'll stay away from the gimmicks as much as possible if I get the Wii-U as well.

@Blazeingdragin @TheGamerPhenom @Shouoken4Peace No interest in playing on a computer. Sorry. I'll stick to my consoles (and no, I don't mean this as a flame war between computers and consoles. Just saying my personal preference is to go with gaming consoles)

@Shouoken4Peace And this will likely be the main reason I will get a Wii-U. If I want EA or Ubi games, I'm likely going to play them on a different console. I get a Nintendo console, for Nintendo games, and the occasional brilliant third party game.

@VegasAceVII @Defender1978 And this is the big question: How long before we get a slew of Nintendo games that make owning the Wii-U worthwhile?

@juboner @TheGamerPhenom Meh. I owned both a 360 and Wii (still do). I played both equally. I'd say I got my money's worth from both, and I have no doubt that I'll do the same with my PS4 and WiiU when I get them.

@juboner Nintendo Knights? Boy, I don't use this site enough if that is what Nintendo fans are being called now. Anyways, more to the point. It will have the first party support. And as always, it will have first party success. Nintendo's been doing that longer than just about any other gaming company out there. It won't be the most successful console; the Gamecube was a piece of crap honestly, but had some great games. But it will have incredible titles if I had to guess, and I'll personally be getting it for that. I'd say for me it's a valid argument.
