@Dark_MetalSonic You don't even have to have PS+ to play games. Just the multiplayer is affected.

@Tiwill44 If you can afford to buy both consoles, then you should have no problems paying for multiplayer services.

If this is the one thing keeping you away, then I don't think anyone is going to bemoan you moving on. $5 a month for strong online play, and free games isn't exactly something that is going to break the bank . . .

@Jestersmiles @pound-u If you have an average job, you can afford to pay five dollars a month. Not a huge fee.

@drumma1 Exactly. I'm coming from the 360. And it's worth $5 a month. Not exactly a hefty fee to pay . . .

@nechiken It didn't bother me with MS, and it certainly doesn't bother me here. If you want good servers, and for strong multiplayer to be provided, you generally have to have some way to pay for it. Also, if you are contending that the future of gaming should be mobile/facebook gaming, I am really, really scared for you.

@Tiwill44 Oh well. Enjoy it then. $50 a year for multiplayer (which isn't required) isn't a hefty price. And if you have a job, it really isn't.
