People say that water has no taste, it is neutral. But that cant be true because when nothing is in your mouth (and you have no aftertaste from something prior) there is nothing to taste, theres nothing there. But water tastes like something. but what is it? we have nothing to compare it to
what does water taste like? its the ultimate mystery i cant figure it out
Solipsism is a bankrupt philosophy that begins and ends nowhere, and paves the road with nonsense questions that can't be answered.Theokhoth
So isnt science doing what religious people do? Using rationalizations to answer questions?
First off I know my post count is highly suspicious but I have been lurking GameSpot for years. I just got this idea so I made this Account to post.
In most of the threads, religious people are under pressure, its generally accepted around here any religious person who posts is wrong and has the right to be flamed and scrutinized.
The thing that I always think is, how do we know science is even real? Yeah you can show me the numbers and the exact process of things, but seriously think about this how do we actually know thats what is really happening, and the processes your desribing are actually right? For all we know we could be in supended animation, if your logical you must know there is a possibility of everything not being what it seems.
The thing that I find supports this claim somewhat is, how do you explain the effects of Adrenaline? Watch the news, Read the newspaper, Watch some documentrys. People who have their children in danger, or themselves or people they care about in danger have Andrenaline flow through their vanes.
A feebal mother whos child was caught under a car single handedly picked the car up and saved her child. Where the hells the science in that? It should be physically impossible for someone to do that. So a substance is released, flows through your vane and gives you a tempary pass from physics and what normal people can do? That must indicate something, something is not as it seems as it seems evident that based on cirmumstances people can evade the effects of gravity and weight. I thought theey were constants.
I think this means that science isnt as surefire as it is thought. Science is clearly missing something of how gravity effects us. If science could be wrong about that then what else could science be wrong about?
You guys are going to say its just a chemical that the brain releases, but how do we know its not being released by some higher power? Think about it. If evolution gave us these incredible abilities when Adrenaline was released then why would it not have it in our blood all the time? Would it not make more sense to have people being the top of their game all the time, as this would improve our chances survival significantly?
I think science is fundamentally flawed because just because you can show someone a step by step process of how something works or comes to be, you can never be 100 % sure thats whats acutally happening, or what your actually seeing is actually there.
I cant provide links because what I judge I saw on the news, history television documentrys, and discovery channel documentrys but im sure if you googled you would findsimilarstories.
What do you think? I think this provides some type of evidence of a higher power.
