gears of war,cod,and halo are not for casuals,once they hit that online they would get smoked if they are not gud at video games,any sheep would get worked if they picked up any of those games.

let me know when wii games start being aimed for us and take sum sort of skill.

Wii doesn't have multiplayer? Maybe I should bring back my Brawl and Mario Kart for false advertisement. Breaking news! Wii doesn't have multiplayer!! Seriously though, GeOW, CoD, and Halo are all shooters. It doesn't as long as a fighter to become good at them. They are some of the easiest games to pick up and play. It's much harder to read your opponent in Street Fighter, Soul Calibur, Tekken, Super Smash Bros. Melee, and Tatsunoko vs. Capcom.

lol punch out is bad for many reasons,its far easier than the originals.....maybe cuz the entire lineup for maybe 2 guys are the same........and plus its on the wii,i rather stay with the AAAE infamous. :D

Its not. The only 'mediocre' casual oriented titles are Wii Music and Wii Play - and even those aren't terrible, they just didn't have enough content.

Wii FIt is an enjoyable game and I like playing it - Wii Sports is also really fun to play.

Mario/Zelda/SmashBros are all mass market games - they appeal to both casual and core gamers - much like GTAIV, Halo 3, COD4:MW, Etc.

I don't really think thats a bad deal. Game modes extend the life of a game far more than a 3-map map pack would, and those always go for $10.
