You say you were diagnosed as a kid. Things might be different now that you' re an adult though(assuming you are). So begin by visiting a doctor again.

tell you what. in my culture or country guys dont swear or abuse in a front of girls. only in a front of friends unlike in west where they use F words in a front of girls.

They told me to hang out at their place, and while back then I went home on the weekends, I generally hung out at the place during the rest of the week. Well, one night I walked over to the place, and someone told me that it was initiation night for all the newcomers (which didn't include me). So TL;DR: I don't know. You're probably showing insecurity when you're around girls.
