Killzone 2 doesn't look all that great anyway. I'm sure this will help them hype the game but I wouldn't be surprised if both PC and 360 have games that look as good and play better shipping on DVD. Depending on what the final version of Killzone 2 looks like the 360 and PC already have games that look as good if not better.
Movies are art, that's why they have it. So is television. Gaming is a passtime, it's meant to be fun and exciting. Hence why in Goodfellas, which takes place from 1955 to 1980, has about 15 people die. In GTA, in one year, about 1000 do....(AKA, it's all about explosions and passing time and fun, not drama).

Why should gaming be limited to what you think it should be about? Plenty of adventure and RPG games attempt to do more then provide you with explosions and fun. The industry should be free to create whatever type of games they want and the more variety the better as far as I'm concerned.
They need it in online games for the sole purpose of keeping the annoying kids away. Parents might let their children play violent games but less would let them play games with pornographic imagery. Not all kids are annoying but some really are and they can ruin your online experience.
lol it wasn't hard to guess thata few of these threads would pop up sometime after Halo 3. I honestly don't see how people can stare the Halo 3 stats right in the face and still suggest it doesn't deserve the review it got. First off, the game offers a package that no other console game has ever compared to. 4 player online coop, the forge map editing feature, loads of vehicles, weapons, and innovative equipment. On top of that, it is the direct successer of the most popular online console game...EVER. bezaire2005
I agree but there are people who still think the world is flat, so there is always going to be conspiracy theorists threads like this one. I don't think it would be possible to bribe or influence every reviewer who thought it was a great game, there is just too many of them.
