I assume you mean worst movie made into a video game in which case I would have to say Super Mario Brothers.

But for me the most dissapointing was Wing Commander. There was so much potential. I mean, Wing Commander was made for the big screen! I still can't quite figure out how they screwed it up so bad, but I know Freddie Prinze Jr. was definitely a contributing factor.

Same here, though the 3rd film in the trilogy was pretty weak...

When I was a kid it was Star Wars, but now I think BttF has the most rewatchability. I've probably seen them all at least a dozen times.
