@lostrib: no them conclusions are mines based off what is shown in their own examinations and what they said above my conclusions

@Chutebox: What didnt I comprehend? That they really never played ryse only a couple of levels? What about the rest of the games they reviewed since it was a very large catalog of games to look at? Was they too not looked at thoroughly? thats what I'm saying and we have plenty of games that show that.
@lostrib: What the hell you talking about they did say that on the pc preview them are not my words thats DF words
We have been using Digital Foundry this whole gen and they have been the deciding word on how the games have been from textures, lighting, scale and smoothness. It also part of the scale tipping of the ps4 vs xbox one debate, showing the ps4 in the performance leader when in comes to the areas I mentioned above.
But they have been a LYING this whole gen why? Things are finally coming out where it shows xbox 1 running the games better, more particles, and better af th.an the ps4 counterparts. I'm not saying ALL of the xbox one vs ps4 games are better on the xbox one but more than they are giving the xbox one credit for, and its 2 ways this can go.
Here at Digital Foundry, we have conflicting memories of our initial Xbox One playthrough of Ryse. With a deluge of next-gen games to look at, we never did complete the campaign, nor sample the multiplayer. But there was the sense that the gameplay was a real grind, and we only really persisted - as much as time allowed - in order to sample what was clearly an exciting leap forward in rendering technology, combined with stunning art direction and some spectacular set-pieces. Returning to the Xbox One game this week, it's clear that Ryse is rich with breathtaking spectacle, with the third campaign level's beachhead assault standing out in particular. 10 months on, many of its technological achievements have still yet to be matched.
1. They play they ps4 games but just really look at the xbox one games and write their findings.
2. xbox one never had a chance in the first place.
which part thats wrong? oh you still talking about resolution lol
Its the benchmark on consoles and pc by the end of 2014 its still going to be the the best looking game on any system. If they had more than 11 months it wouldnt even been a contest. The most powerful console is the xbox one and it shows in the tech that it is using.
SSAA, 2k and 4k textures, GI, SMAATx1, Caustics, multiplayer, all in one game (ryse)
rayleigh scattering, GI,4xMSAA, Physical Based Rendering, open world multiplayer, all in one game(horizion2)
Xbox one is pushing the limits it take power to run these features
@parkurtommo: its already working on the xbox one the cut scene uses SSAA
Ps4 has games but the communities and replay value sucks
Knack community? Lol
Killzone community? Lol
ISS community ? Photo mode lol
Just last gen games with higher rez
Mean while at the green patch
Forza community pretty big
Killer instinct still big and getting bigger with season two
Titanfall Xbox one community still bunch of players
While these lame all flash and no substance ass games that COWboys love one time and trade while I play games with replay value my money worth
I knew that by your writing style and thats sad when I can spot that fanboy act through hundreds of post on gaf. Its one paragraph maybe a couple of run ons tho lol but you know Im right.
@Dire_Weasel: damn weasel aka cakely you really throwing this out the there even though we already knew this I swear like he said the first part but added the last part from the first interview the had about the game. It dont matter to me I'm still getting the game and its still going to be one of the best games this year on any platform so 900p its cool with me other games should have did this maybe they could have been able to swim, have NPCs driving the cars on the road, have more stuff going on on the screen, have better framerate instead of 25-40fps and interaction with the world in an open world game cough cough ISS cough
