Umm....no.

Kratos, Drake, Big Daddy, Sweet Tooth, and Sly. All of them are house hold names. People recognise those characters. Fat Princess, Parappa, and that Toro Japanese cat-thing are the only unrecognisable ones, 1 being a PSN game, the 2nd being from the PS1 with only older people will know, and 3rd guy only being in Japan.

Heghast Radec and Heichai are both popular among their respected fanbases as well.

They should have just dropped the tablet controller and invested the money saved from that into better hardware. I'm betting it will ultimately just become a map screen for most games anyway.Zero5000X

But it's safe to assume that Nintendo didn't want another "clone wars" like last gen. They couldn't compete with Microsoft and Sony directly, so they tried a new approach to console hardware with the Wii. It paid off, but I'm not entirely sure if they can repeat that and dominate next gen (with the Wii-U).

I was pretty hyped for this, but I think I might pass on this.

I don't care for long-winded story modes in fighting games, and I'm not a fan of the Persona series. Judging by the simplified control scheme, this game was made for people who aren't really into fighting games and just wanna duke it out when their favorite Persona characters.

I wouldn't be too worried about his statement, I'm sure it's going to be better than any console on the market right now
