Dice has said the demo was running at 3k/60fps. ''PB: It was a decent PC, yes. But you can still buy it, so it's not like alien technology or anything. It's still a PC that you can buy and it's still unoptimised code. Another thing that you might not have realised is that we ran it at 3K resolution at 60fps, and you don't do that. Nobody talked about pixels because at that size you couldn't see them.'' http://m.computerandvideogames.com/398325/interviews/interview-dice-explains-why-it-had-to-build-battlefield-4-from-gut-feelingskillzowned24
Glad to hear that... deffinately shouldn't have an issue running this.

Loved the first Shenmue had that purchased release day in the UK. Never played the sequel, already traded the sinking Dreamcast ship for a PS2. Played the demo on the Xbox, never grabbed me like the first though, so didnt end up buying it.

Nice to hear it may be coming back for the fans to finally finish the story and for the game to be enjoyed by new gamers.

[QUOTE="Timbury"][QUOTE="clyde46"] Is this the offical 7990 from AMD or a third party Frankenstein?clyde46
The official one it looks alot better designed, apparently runs cooler / quieter and is only a dual slot design instead of the vendor made 7990 which were all hot, triple slot, hungry mess.

Better than this? http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-302-AS&groupid=701&catid=56

Yeah the Ares is well designed interms of keeping those two cores cool, but you need a spare fan space to mount that cooler, imagine two of em. I was mostly refering to the first 7990 from Powercolor the Devil13. OcUK own branded 7990 is based on the Powercolor design.

[QUOTE="gpuking"][QUOTE="faizan_faizan"][QUOTE="gpuking"] And if I also blow up the size of that bf4 pic to 2550 x 1440 it would look far worse than it already does.

The hell does that mean?

It means the bigger the resolution the more flaws you see in textures and polygons if they're low res and low poly. That's why 360p gifs tend to look good. That bf4 texture would've been vomit inducing in 2550 x 1440 res.

One low res texture ruins what otherwise is a gorgeous looking game? You keep banging on about that one texture. Lets put up the NPC texture from Killzone SF? Its just as irrelevant.

Truth_Hurts_U

Shows how bad Crysis 3 multi GPU scaling is. Only 16% increase for dual GPU. GTX 680 to GTX 690.

Good thing I OC'ed my GPU :)

Yeah its abit of mess with the Multi GPU scaling. Some parts of the game have severe performance drops. Opening level drops performance in places that make no sense.

Watching the reveal again, didnt notice it first time. This gif shows it, the sparks actually stay on the ground glowing instead of just disapearing straight away nice touch.

[QUOTE="Timbury"][QUOTE="ZoomZoom2490"]  that Powercolor 7990 is actually better than the reference amd 7990 due to better cooling design. you sound like as if amd's reference 7990 is going to be different architecture and offer 2x the speed, lol.ZoomZoom2490
Lol what i said nothing of the sort. You were saying these cards exist already while yes there are cards with the 7990 branding they are unofficial cards by AMD's partners not AMD themselves

read the link again: http://imageshack.us/a/img11/3291/captureudg.png The hint is "NEW"

Yep new for AMD

[QUOTE="ZoomZoom2490"][QUOTE="Timbury"][QUOTE="ZoomZoom2490"] so what? its been like that for years. whats your point? that the different pcb is going to make a difference? lol

Still doesnt change the fact AMD didnt have a official dual PCB for two 7970 and the vendors had to create there own.

then that still means that people had them and that It cant be something new that nobody has, thanks for proving my point.

Your welcome i was never denying their existence just this new card coming out. The first official 7990 by AMD themselves has yet to release
